April is going to be lots of fun.
This month is a time to refocus and renew my energy and upgrading my studio space is a large part of that.
I've set up my microphone and I've got an audio interfacer so it works correctly. The sound is a lot crisper which is truly a pleasure.
On the way tomorrow, is a new and much larger desk.
I'm delighted to have a second screen on the way that should arrive in a few weeks.
All of these upgrades makes me excited to write, record and edit.
Along with all these changes, I'm also doing a large spring-clean and donating clothes, books, etc. Making changes to my physical space gives me more energy.

As you know, I got a new microphone a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, I didn't know that it needed extra equipment to work properly.
Just this evening, my Rode audio interface arrived! It's a small black box but I know it's going to make everything sound so much better.
I'm going to re-record today's mantra and I can't wait to record this Friday's audio on it.

I've spent time today with my planning notebook and thinking about all the fun things I want to work on this month. I tend to underestimate how much time something will take and overestimate my available time, do you do the same?
It makes everything pretty hectic but I'm pleased to say I'm returning to routine but still at a bit of a reduced level.

The last week has been wild. Remember I had the flu a few weeks ago?
Even after recovering I still had a lingering cough that I couldn't get rid of.
I became very ill with food poisoning on Thursday which really weakened me. On Saturday, I felt considerably worse as my I developed breathing issues and every breath was setting my lungs on fire. I felt like if I slept I'd stop breathing.
After an ambulance ride, I stayed in the hospital for observation overnight. After getting poked and prodded and lots of tests, I have a severe viral infection. Thankfully I'm home now with lots of medication to deal with the symptoms for the next week. I'm going to be mindful of my energy and rest as I don't want to end up with viral pnuemonia.
I still have 20% remaining on editing January's Audio Vote winner, M*mmy Domme Seduces You. I'm hoping to get around to it in the next few days.
February's Schedule will be reduced and I'll post that later this week.

My flu has been lingering on a lot longer than expected. The last couple of days I've been coughing so hard that I lost my voice.
Thankfully I'm feeling better today. I think my voice box and vocal chords will recover over the weekend with lots of rest and immense of amounts of honey and lemon tea.
However, I still have to record and edit Devoured by Latex.
You know I'll release it the moment I've finished editing the audio.
