Genshin Access and Rail Zone Access Members will continue getting access to the games that those tiers were originally designed for (Genshin, WuWa and Star Rail/ZZZ respectively).
No Early Access on Stellar Blade mods - the public modding communities that support Stellar Blade have different rule sets to the ones that deal with Hoyo/WuWa/Anime games.
INSTRUCTIONS
Copy and Paste Mod Files (.pak, .ucas, .utoc) into

directory - where ever your Steam directory is located.

Unzip the mod into the Mods Folder
Run UMPD_ML.py
Click Load Assets and the mod should work!

Hello! It has been a while, but I am back with some more Umamusume mods for Lewdlad to share with you all! This time it is for Smart Falcon. She is very popular for the current event, so I'm sure you'll see her a lot in your races! I made two versions this time since I know some people prefer seeing some more skin in their mods.
