The Playful Wyvern v3.0

 Version 3 of The Playful Wyvern is out now for my 2 Month Early Access  patrons ($10)! (v1.0 is now available for my $5 tier!) I'm trying out a different way of handling the online  player's files so hopefully it'll be MUCH friendlier to users of  different platforms.

I tried a new way of handling the online player's files so hopefully  it'll much more compatible with different users. This is a BIG update  because of this. Took a couple weeks of work to get it all working  properly. It still works best on Chrome/PC. Download is also still  available.

New Schedule and Rewards Clarity

I will be adhering to a schedule (unless unforeseen technical issues get  in the way). On the 1st and 15th of each month, I'll be releasing  animation content. In the past, I always just sort of released content  as I made it, but it wasn't giving me any structure. After  watching/reading some videos/articles on working from home, I have  determined that giving myself specific deadlines will improve my  motivation to work.
 

Additionally, I have been trying to make it a habit to stream every Thursday. You can find my Picarto here: https://picarto.tv/Spruce
I often have a multi-stream going with some others. I typically play  music during the stream but I do try to watch the chat. Streaming is a  bit new for me so I'm still figuring it out lol.
 

My website, on a whole, is going to be changing by the end of the year.  I've been working on a replacement that will be far superior to the  current version I have up and will hopefully make it much easier to  share and distribute my work. If you know anything about creating  webpages and you'd like to share some insight, please let me know! I'd  love to hear it~

Tiers update and Tax info

Okay, so it wasn't very clear to me what was being taxed and what wasn't (or how much) but I'm fairly certain based on the criteria that each tier is gonna be taxed.

Each tier is being taxed because of the behind the scene/exclusive HD pictures. The early access content and HD animation downloads.

With that being said, I did make a couple of adjustments to the tiers and will be effective for all future posts.

$5 tiers now get 1 week early access to finished Animations and 1 month early access to Games/Interactives including wips.

$10 tiers now get 2 week early access to finished Animations and 2 month early access to Games/Interactives including wips.

If you have any questions, please comment below. If it's tax related, I'll try my best, but I'm very unfamiliar with how it's going to be applied to the tiers.

Late June Update!

You guys have been super awesome to support me through the month of June. I really hope you are enjoying the content I put out this month and I hope to continue entertaining you all :D

A few things to note about the near future:

Jax 2.0 is coming along very nicely as you all have seen. I'll be continuing work on him next week, hopefully finishing his body and his mouth.

I'll also be trying to wrap up the 2000 watcher raffle drawing from FA months back this week as well.

Later today, I'll be taking a look at the taxes thing that Patreon needs me to do and I MAY adjust the tiers depending on what is required to be taxed and what isn't. I'll let you all know what I do.

I have successfully created a local web host on my computer (short explanation for those who don't know, basically means I can run a website from my computer instead of a domain). This allows me to build my new website to replace the website I've got up right now, without interrupting the current website. NOTE: If anyone has any ideas/suggestions on website design or would like to point out what they like/dislike about the current website, PLEASE let me know! I want this new site to be the best it can be :3

Lastly, on a more personal note, I've started working out. Doing a lot of cardio like biking and walking. And I started a pushups challenge. An 8 week course that helps you achieve 100 pushups by the end of week eight. So far so good on that! So if any of you are on the fence about working out and improving your health.... it's been 2 weeks since I've started and I feel TONS better, even if I don't see much visual improvement yet. YOU CAN DO IT :D

Jax getting a new face

Don't know if you guys know the process of retopology (it's a bitch) but it's slowly getting done! The face is easily the most delicate part of the process but I'd say the hardest parts are done. I'm excited for this! He's gonna be so sexy :3

Streaming next week!

As a way to help me stay on track with the most boring part of 3d modeling for Jax 2.0, I'll be streaming next week so you can tell me to get back to work when I slack off lol.

The current plan is Tuesday and Thursday around noon cst.


In other news, additional audio work is being done on the new malf animation, and I'm all set up to start rebuilding my website from the ground up. If anyone has suggestions on the latter as far as layout or what they like/dislike about the current website please leave a comment!!

May 5th Update

Thank you, everyone, who stuck around with me here in May! I just wanted to give you all a quick update regarding the developing situation.

I've been moving loads of stuff to my mom's place since Saturday. Today with be the 4th truck load. It's a 2 hour drive one way, so at least I get a small break between packing lol.

Today I should be getting internet installed at my mom's place too. (yeah, surprised me too she didn't have any). Good news is that I think the new atmosphere will be much better on my mental and physical health on top of the financial relief it'll provide.

While I'm fiddling away with this life event, fret not! Elk Audio is still working diligently on completing sound work on The Intruder. It seems we are on track for the planned May 15th release.

As some of you may already know, I'm moving back in with my mom after 10 years of living independently. Multiple things have cascaded to create the need to do this. Obviously the quarantine is the main culprit, with it my job went into furlough. I've been trying to collect unemployment but have been unable to thus far. The stimulus check is still unknown as well. And with all my bills still being bills, I still need to pay them. Over the next half a month I'll be slowly moving things to my mom's place and a storage unit. 

I don't like just asking for money/donations, so instead, I created this amazing Stimulus Package that includes pretty much all of my work in both standard and high resolution options (where applicable) as well as a Work-In-Progress folder that has never before released behind the scenes type content of past and current projects.
