I'm actually translating the dialogues in English and I re-read the French version to track down any mistakes and reword certain phrases... Here's the last pages and the cover I've done in both languages. The next step will be to assemble the pages in pdf format with Affinity Publisher. Both Files will be uploaded here, for you to read and on my Gumroad shop at the same time.

The little chat we had with Matou06 resulted in this image of Bruce with his faithful and devoted Alfred that would't leave my mind... So I decided to start another Fanart... Yes Folks, that's how I work. That's why my projects are so slow to get off the ground. But the good news is that here, at my Patreon, you will always have the first to see it.

Another Commission done!

This one is really special , I had a lot of good time with it. It's a bit of a throwback to my trashier/fetish beginnings, and the color palette used, as well as the decision to focus on the 3 candles to set the mood, is quite original for me. I approached this illustration more like a painting than usual. And I think it turns out pretty well. You tell me! Well, the commissioner is truly happy and that's what matter ! Let's call this : The Slut and El Culto Satánico!

Thank you for your kind words of recovery.

It's not serious, but a little tiring all the same. I'm taking the opportunity to work on the PDFs of the 5 Porky issues that I plan to put here soon. It involves re-selecting all the texts, changing the font and re-calibrating the text blocks in the speech bubbles. Not complicated, but a bit repetitive. Perfect when you're convalescing.

I've been down with the flu for a few days, so not much new stuff at the moment... Sorry about that.

Commissions and Zod - WIPs

As I don't like to leave you without news for too long, here's some update on my work in progress.

I'm currently working on 2 commissions, one of which is inked, let's call it The Satanic Gang. The other one for its commissioner, my dear matou06, is ready to ink (the clean sketch having been done today…) Here are the two submissions (as I like the one that didn't make the cut, I think I'll save it for another drawing). It goes by the name of Logan and Victor.

I also put some color flats on the Kneel Before ZOD fan art ! I wanted to see how it might look before I ink the whole thing (not something I usually do but the iconic blue/red costume of Superman help me see if it looks good or not.

Just a little clarification about commissions. You'll easily understand that I only present low-resolution versions (20% of the final resolution). The commissioners only get to enjoy the work in 4K.

And here's the clean sketch ( I still have to draw Zod's cape, though...) Nothing much to say about it except that I loved drawing Superman. Zod on the other hand is a real big bad hunk!

I'm continuing to feed the digital edition comics section with, this time, The PORNOMICON! As always, available in English and French. This edition also includes the few illustrations that were published in the special edition by Class Comics.

WIP - Illustration - Dyonisos Orgy

I have a lot of different things on my drawing board, these days. And since I didn't want to leave you without news for too long, here are a few WIPs to follow, the last of which you may have seen on Twitter a while back. I've since made some progress on the coloring. This an old drawing I made on paper in black and white (only the figure in the foreground, which in reality is a statue of the fountain on "Place Royale" in my native city of Nantes. It's a personification of a tributary of the Loire River.

I drew the orgiastic party long afterwards directly on Clip Paint Studio.

The reason I want to finish this illustration in particular is that I have a fun flyer project for the Y/Con!

About the Commissions

I know for a fact that some of you, Patrons are also Commissioners. Everyone is different and some prefer to keep their commissions private, while others give me permission to show my work on my Gallery, my blog and Twitter.

My question is: Assuming you agree, would you like me to publish here the stages of my work for you ? (in a non-exploitable format, of course) High resolution images will always be reserved for the final commissioner.

What do you think ?

The VARGAS TWINS #1 Overtime at the Office

So here's the first comic I'm adding to the dedicated collection. The rest will arrive gradually. I would have liked it to be quicker, but it turns out that I have to redo all the dialogue and speech bubbles for the English version. As well as adapting the layout. I want to offer you pdf files that are both of sufficient quality and quick to open. Please let me know if you spot any errors. I've worked a bit hastily... You have both the English and French version.

What's coming up this month!

First of all, little by little, I'm going to add the 2 first episodes of the Vargas twins. The third is in the process of being created (dialogues, coloring and cover design).

I've got a few illustrations in WIP, which you'll be able to see exclusively in 2K. I have a fanart in my mind for some time: let's just say it should be called Kneel Before ZOD!

You'll also have exclusive access to a project that's only been published in French, and which I plan to translate for you here: 3 Stooges in the Edo Era.

Interesting Fact

I'm currently working on the dialogues for the third Vargas Twins episode, and I don't think I've mentioned this before, but I always use the Stan Lee method whatever the project (Porky or Le Pornomicon included). Being my own scriptwriter, I always have a pretty good idea of what the dialogue is going to be. But I don't really write them down until the end. (Well, it sometimes causes problems with speech bubbles placement, but I feel like I'm "reliving the scene".) It's a pleasure in itself. As I'm a funny guy, here are the first 4 pages without dialogue, but with the color flats (almost finished). The rest to come very soon !

I called it "Hands Up Pants Down". I kinda like the retro look of the layout, but I still find the colors a little dull... I will probably make another illustration later...
