The Sovereign's terrifying Faceless Guard keep a close watch for any potential seditious figures. The Eleventh Guard, who as their name implies is the eleventh-in-command, was tasked with compiling all known information about radical leaders and/or sympathizers.

NAME: Goldendoor, Freeman
KNOWN ALIAS(ES): None, subject operates as himself.
RELATION(S): Twin brother and cousin (see Dossier: Lázaro Goldendoor and Dossier: Belvidere Ydl for more information).
TRANSGRESSIONS: Unlawful assembly, seditious thought, collaboration/association with deviants.
THREAT ASSESSMENT: Freeman is not as visible as his brother, but the Eleventh Guard has observed that he is no less important to the radical's agenda and planning. If Lázaro is the face and voice of their group, Freeman is the brain and legs. His quiet nature has undoubtedly made it easier for his twin and cousin to coordinate secret rallies and avoid the Guard so far. He seems to act out of love for his brother, however, and one wonders if he could manage Lázaro's passion should his twin fall and he remain.

THREAT ASSESSMENT: It is the continued opinion of the Eleventh Guard that any and all documents, correspondence, and surveillance related to Ms. Pri be unsealed and voluntarily donated to the Guard for analysis. The Frontiersmen Corps are a vital and honorable group, but their former status as deviants and criminals makes them a potential recruiting target for radical elements within the Colonies. Prudence, in particular, has been the subject of more than one [UNVERIFIABLE] report -- civilian monitors have apparently witnessed her on unsanctioned leave and in the company of known radical collaborators.

NAME: Belvidere, House Ydl
KNOWN ALIAS(ES): None, subject operates as herself.
RELATION(S): No others of her house, two cousins (see Dossier: Lázaro Goldendoor and Dossier: Freeman Goldendoor for more information).
TRANSGRESSIONS: Deviancy, operation as an information distributor without Sovereignty approval, unlawful assembly, and near-blasphemy.
THREAT ASSESSMENT: Belvidere uses gender neutral pronouns. It is unknown if this is a byproduct of her deviancy, a method of subterfuge, or a simple mockery of the noble and holy Facelessness. Observation led to the conclusion that she is the principle financier and public relations manager of the radical movement pushed by the Goldendoor twins. Her normalization of deviancy is a threat to the safety of the public consciousness, but if she could be made to renounce it, Ydl would be a mild threat, at worst. She lacks the determination of her cousin, and seems to instead want to be left alone. Her personal politics are unknown to the Guard, but the fact that she is not outspoken about them may indicate a division within the radical's ranks.

TRANSGRESSIONS: Unlawful assembly, doubting of the Holy Works of the Sovereignty, known association with deviants, blasphemy, and seditious thought.
THREAT ASSESSMENT: It is the opinion of the Eleventh Guard that Mr. Goldendoor, while he may seem relatively harmless, represents the future leadership of the growing radical movement. He is known to organize underground rallies in both major Colonial cities and travel, where invited, to private gatherings. Goldendoor's strengths lie in his mobility and excessive scrutiny. Thus far, infiltration attempts into his inner circle have failed. Quite plainly, he seems to be aware of our methods -- recommend cultivation of a new element to be introduced for purposes of espionage and mental/psychological destabilization.
