Ingredients
12 ounces dry elbow macaroni
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup half and half or light cream
½ teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
1 x 10.75 oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup (optional)
4 cups sharp cheddar, divided
½ cup fresh parmesan cheese
12 oz. bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
1 cup panko bread crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cook macaroni al dente (firm) according to package directions. Drain and run under cold water.
Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Whisk in flour and let cook 2 minutes while stirring. Slowly whisk in milk, cream, mustard powder, onion powder, salt & pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat while stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese & 3 cups cheddar cheese until melted. Add soup if using.
Toss cheese sauce & macaroni noodles together. Add half of the crumbled bacon and stir until combined. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
In a small bowl, stir together the remaining bacon, panko bread crumbs, and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly on top of casserole.
Bake 18-24 minutes or until bubbly. Do not over cook. Cool 10-15 minutes before serving.

Ingredients
BISQUE
4 lobster tails
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 carrots, peeled and finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme
1 teaspoon fresh chopped tarragon, plus more to serve
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, (or plain flour)
1 1/4 cup dry white wine, or sherry
4 cups lobster stock (recipe as follows), OR seafood or fish stock
3/4 - 1 cup heavy cream
GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER MEAT
Instructions
LOBSTER STOCK
Fill a large pot with 5 cups of water. Stir in 1 teaspoon sea salt and bring to a boil.
Add the lobster tails, cover with lid and let boil for 5 minutes, or until bright red.
Remove lobster tails, reserving the liquid stock. When the lobsters have cooled slightly, remove the meat from the shells, reserving the meat and any liquid that comes out of the shells.
Return lobster shells back to the water in the pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for a further 15 minutes to draw as much flavour out of the shells as possible.
While stock is simmering, chop the meat into bite-sized pieces and refrigerate.
BISQUE
Heat butter and oil in a large, heavy-based pot over medium heat, Sweat the onions, carrots, celery and fresh herbs. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Season with the bouillon powder, salt and pepper/s. Stir in 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Mix in tomato paste, cook for a further minute to coat vegetables. Sprinkle over flour and cook, while stirring occasionally for a further 2 minutes.
Pour in wine, simmer and let reduce to half. Stir in lobster stock, reduce heat and gently simmer while stirring occasionally, until liquid has thickened slightly and flavours have blended, about 30 minutes.
Take off the heat, transfer mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Alternatively, purée with an immersion blender until very smooth. Return to medium-low heat and stir in heavy cream.
GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER MEAT
Melt butter a skillet pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add in chopped lobster meat, season with salt, pepper and cayenne to taste. Lightly sauté for 1 minute while stirring occasionally, until lobster meat is just warmed through.

Ingredients:
8 oz (227 g) package chopped frozen spinach
¼ cup diced onion
15 oz (425 g) ricotta cheese
1 large egg
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried parsley
2 x 24 oz (680 g) marinara sauce
8 oz (227 g) dried manicotti noodles
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F (177 C). Spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Heat spinach according to package directions. Drain, and set aside to cool.
3. In a large bowl, combine onion, ricotta, egg, 2 cups mozzarella, ¼ cup parmesan, salt, and parsley. Stir to combine. Add spinach to cheese mixture and stir again until even.
4. Pour marinara into prepared 9 x 13 pan; approximately 1-2 cups, or until bottom of pan is fully covered.
5. Using clean fingers, a spoon, or a piping bag, fill uncooked manicotti noodles with spinach/cheese mixture until noodle is filled. Place manicotti into pan, repeating until every manicotti has been filled and the pan is full.
6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the manicotti, spreading to ensure even coverage. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
7. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Place is preheated oven and cook for 55 minutes.
8. Remove tin foil from pan. Return to oven and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
9. Remove from oven. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
