I will try to make one more set before the end of the month. I also ended up adjusting the prompts again because I find the one I use for Castorice to be very limited in terms of results, although I really like how the lighting and feel of it, it is unfortunate how limited it becomes in terms of generation results. The prompts for that was also accidental and I stumbled upon it due to changing some prompts without noticing when I was experimenting and then forgetting to change back.

I also had to do a lot more editing for this set which took much longer than I expected, Denji's face tends to be feminine and some generation he would turn into a girl instead. Scenes involving the fat man also needed to be manually adjusted to make two different male body type be in one scene. I also notice how I've been leaning too much towards anime style and I am slowly trying to adjust it back towards more of an illustration impression rather than an 2D anime. It will be a gradual change as I need to make more adjustments and make sure the prompts work together with each other well. This set is the first step towards it and I do feel it is but not great yet as I still encounter some problem such as inconsistent lighting and textures.

また、このセットでは編集作業がかなり多く必要で、予想していたよりもずっと時間がかかりました。デンジの顔は女性的な傾向があり、ある世代では女の子に変わるでしょう。太った男のシーンも、2つの異なる体型の男性が1つのシーンに現れるように手動で調整する必要がありました。また、自分がアニメスタイルに傾きすぎていることに気づいたので、2Dアニメではなくイラストの印象にゆっくりと戻そうとしています。より多くの調整を行い、プロンプトが互いにうまく連携するようにする必要があるため、段階的な変更になるでしょう。このセットはそのための第一歩であり、そう感じていますが、一貫性のない照明やテクスチャなどの問題にまだ遭遇しているため、まだ完璧ではありません。

This one used a tweaked prompt style from my previous set, the Aozaki Aoko one and I personally really like how it turns out for lighting and scene, although it comes with a bit more limitation and quirks.

Lately, I've been feeling less confident in my work and whether my creations are really that good since I keep changing things to try getting an improved styles & prompting. And as other's have point out it seems I've strayed away from my original style, and I don't know whether that is something that you as a supporter would like to see. I like to experiment a lot and see what styles I can make and whether it is usable for a set but it also comes with drawbacks. I like to experiment with styles over and over and see what I can come up, sometimes it would turn great sometimes it would be worse after using it for a set.

For current Heavy and True tier, if you find that my current style is not up to your taste anymore and would like to request a refund, feel free to ask me and I'll process it on my end it would take a few days for Patreon to process the refund.

Took almost an hour just to make the first two page and do all the editing, I always find some problems with the style prompt that I am using when making longer set like this. Unlike the older model and style, this one has become weaker on darker scenes. And I'm not sure what is causing it after continuous work on the style prompts, I might need to test it again individual prompt and check its capabilities.

I've been suffering from insomnia again lately to the point only getting 3 hours of sleep, quite annoying how it comes suddenly and just destroy my working schedule and overall energy. But I will keep on working and at least make a total of 5 sets this week to end the month.

It took way longer to make since i got stuck making the wedding scene, I did not expect getting poses that theoretically should be easy are not easy. Just for a few scenes on the wedding, it took me an hour just stuck trying to get it to work. I had to do a lot of manual editing for colors and composition for this one which took a bit more time than usual. Unfortunately, I didn't get all the scenes and poses that I was looking for so I had to compromise a bit on it.

I think a limit of 10+ a month request will be the norm and I already lowered the True slot to 4 instead of 6. At this rate, requests would be done almost a month after I take it and that is a time that I rather not make you wait. Even with the new PC, there is still a limit on how fast I can make sets unfortunately, and also a limit on how much I can push myself beyond the limit each time.

結婚式のシーンを作るのに行き詰まってから、作るのにかなり時間がかかった。理論的には簡単なはずのポーズを取るのが簡単ではないとは思わなかった。 結婚式のいくつかのシーンだけで、うまくいくようにするのに1時間もかかってしまった。 今回は、色や構図を手動で編集することが多く、いつもより少し時間がかかった。 残念なことに、求めていたすべてのシーンやポーズが撮れなかったので、少し妥協せざるを得なかった。

Was supposed to finish this earlier but got a bad headache yesterday and ended up sleeping for much longer than I planned. Encountered some problems when making this set, I find it difficult to make a simple threesome scene with 2 males and 1 female. But I'm not sure if it's because of the character or my styles prompts. Whatever it is, I would need to go back and do some readjustments to my styles again and test its capabilities.

By the way, the new PC is up and running, I spent the weekend trying to make it work and after hours of troubleshooting with the help of ChatGPT. I managed to make it work so this set is the first that used the new PC and the speed is faster than my old PC but my estimation was far off the mark when calculating the speed increase between the two system. Generation that usually takes 70 to 100 seconds now takes at most 40 seconds and averaging around 20 to 30 seconds.

Changes to Membership Prices & Request

These are the changes that I have been thinking about and wanted to make for a while. The first thing is the reduction of all membership prices. And the second on the request system, as I will have to make an unfortunate change to it too.

Price Changes

Mild Tier | $10 to $8

Medium Tier | $15 to $12

Heavy Tier | $30 to $20

True Tier | $60 to $30

Reason for the changes

The reason for the price reduction is that I have already gotten my new PC, but unfortunately, I can't use it yet due to software issues. And also opens up more slots for the Heavy tier so people who want to make a request can join that instead of going to Mild or Medium or even True. And for the True members, I've been feeling guilty charging you that much so I will be cutting it by 50% so it is sustainable for both of us.

Request Changes

These are the changes that I feel will be disappointing for Heavy and True members. To open up more slots for Heavy Tier, I've decided to reduce the price while also reducing the number of requests a person can make in a month. Before you could make 2 requests a month, now it is only once a month, added that the Heavy tier would also have a reduction to the length of the sets.

Heavy Tier:
Reduced price to $20.
Limited to 1 request per month (previously 2).
Request sets will be shorter (maximum 25 pages, previously 45 pages).

For True members, unfortunately, you will also only be able to request monthly now but without the reduction of sets pages. I've been operating under the assumption that the new PC would be ready by this week and turns out it didn't, and there's no clear time when it will be ready as I have to wait for the software to support the 50-series card.

True Tier:
Price reduced by 50%.
Limited to 1 request per month (previously 2).
Set length remains the same (up to 45 pages).

Since Mild and Medium members can submit requests in my Discord server, I took too many since I thought the new PC could be used by now. This workload reduction will allow me to maintain quality without excessive delays.

I've been wanting to reduce the workload I have especially with my current PC, I can't handle all the requests that quickly. As much as I wanted to take as many requests from you all, I can't finish them in time at the moment. Some requests have been delayed for a month more and I don't like making you wait for that long.

Understanding Set Lengths

Even though Heavy sets are capped at 25 pages and True sets at 45 pages, keep in mind that many pages contain two images instead of one, meaning you're still getting a significant amount of content. Plus, Omake images are still included.

New Slot Availability

To accommodate more members:

Heavy Tier will have 8 available slots.

True Tier will have 6 available slots.

For starters, I will open 8 slots for Heavy Tier for those of you who are interested in joining and I will also put a limit to True members to 6 slots for now. Until I can get used to the workload I will adjust them accordingly.
I apologize for always changing things and for the inconsistent upload every week. As much as I want to make sets daily, the creative drain is too much after consecutive sets. I will be making another adjustment once my new PC is fully functional and I can handle all the requests that come.

新しいPCがすぐに使える予定でしたが、50シリーズのGPUに対応するソフトウェアのサポートを待たなければならないため、現時点では利用できません。そのため、作業負担を減らす必要があります。

リクエストの受付状況について

Mild や Medium メンバーは Discord サーバーでリクエスト可能なため、新PCが使える前提で想定以上に多くのリクエストを受けてしまいました。この変更によって、品質を維持しながら納品の遅れを最小限に抑えられるようにします。

現在のPCでは大量のリクエストを素早く処理することが難しく、すでに 1ヶ月以上の遅延 が発生しているものもあります。可能な限り多くのリクエストを受け付けたいのですが、お待たせする時間が長くなるのは避けたいので、このような調整を行うことにしました。

セットのページ数について

Heavy （最大 25ページ）、True （最大 45ページ） の制限がありますが、1ページに2枚の画像を含むことが多いため、実際には通常の1ページ1枚構成よりも多くの画像を提供 しています。さらに、Omake（おまけ）画像も含まれるため、総数としてはかなりのボリュームになります。

新しい枠の設定

より多くのメンバーが参加できるように、以下のように枠を設けます。

まずはこの枠数で運用し、作業量に慣れた後で調整する可能性があります。

Decided to use my old pc again, if I were to keep troubleshooting the new PC it would only waste time and end up delaying production yet again. Anyways, expect more sets to be finished in the following days.

Quick Update

I have Good news and unfortunately Bad news.

Good news

The new PC is done and I am currently transferring all my data from my previous PC to the new one.

Bad news

The GPU that I'm using, RTX 5080 is too new and the software (pytorch) does not support it yet. So I can't generate anything at the moment, I've been troubleshooting for hours trying to find the answer and I'm drawing blanks. Perhaps some of you have an idea how to fix this or a workaround to make it work somehow. I might try ComfyUI to test whether I can generate anything at all at the moment but I'm also struggling to make it work the same as Stable Diffusion Forge. Unfortunately, this will inevitably delay production and I really don't want to call it quits just yet and just wait for the official support to come out. So for the next few days and hopefully not weeks, I can't post anything just yet until I can make this work somehow on my new PC.

For those who have encountered the same problem or might have an insight to my problem, it looks something like this. 

UserWarning:

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 with CUDA capability sm_120 is not compatible with the current PyTorch installation.

The current PyTorch install supports CUDA capabilities sm_50 sm_60 sm_61 sm_70 sm_75 sm_80 sm_86 sm_90.

If you want to use the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 GPU with PyTorch, please check the instructions at https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/

And

RuntimeError: CUDA error: no kernel image is available for execution on the device CUDA kernel errors might be asynchronously reported at some other API call, so the stacktrace below might be incorrect. For debugging consider passing CUDA_LAUNCH_BLOCKING=1. Compile with `TORCH_USE_CUDA_DSA` to enable device-side assertions.

I've been reinstalling using different version of CUDA, Python, and Pytorch to somehow make it work but it still didn't. If any of you can help me please contact me as I am not tech savvy regarding the technical side of things.

Well if nothing works then I will have to continue using my old PC until the new one works.

Update 06/03/2025 - 14:24:
I managed to get it to work but the extensions still doesn't, so I'm working on fixing or trying to make it work somehow. If anyone knows how to make Adetailer works for a 50-series card do reach me out.

This set has been much more difficult than I expected, making two female characters work well with one male is a lot more tricky than I wanted. In terms of positions and actions, it would either not include the other or just breaking the anatomy of the character. I would need to practice prompting 2 female and 1 male set if I were to make it much better. But for now, this is the extent of my prompting abilities, hope you still enjoyed it.

Took a bit longer since I was just testing and playing around with the prompts for an hour to test some scenes. The end result of the new style prompts has been quite good regarding prompt adherence. This is the set that used the new model + style prompts. Overall, the model has been quite good to use for me personally, and there are fewer problems that I faced when generating. Although broken fingers tend to be a bit more frequent for this new model so more time is needed to fix them, I still think it is an upgrade from the previous one. The style prompt is still a work in progress and may be subject to change as usual. I find the current one to be good already, but I would like to experiment further and see what I can improve on.

Quick Update

For the past week, I had much free time to experiment with my prompts. So I combined my new one with an older build, which turned out to be quite good. The result is the change in my Patreon page banner. And since I had plenty of time, I also wanted to find a newer model that I could migrate to. Although there was some candidates, most of them didn't get as good as I liked since the styles that I used changes too much from my current model.

One of the models showed promising results, but its dataset included 3D and realistic imagery, which didn't align with the style I was aiming for. So I spent a few days on merging my current one with the newer one, and result was satisfactory to my taste. The dataset from the newer one makes prompting a bit easier as the adherence is quite good. Although I am still in the middle of adjusting my style prompts and testing the limits of the new merged model, the style may change over time. I will be making a set soon to show you the results of the new model.

One last thing, for those interested in joining or rejoining, I recommend waiting until March 1st, as I’ll be running a membership giveaway and offering discounts throughout the entire month.

しかし、その中の一つのモデルは有望な結果を出しました。ただ、そのデータセットには3Dやリアル寄りの要素が含まれており、私が目指しているスタイルとは一致しませんでした。そこで、現在のモデルとその新しいモデルを数日かけて融合させたところ、満足のいく仕上がりになりました。新しいモデルのデータセットのおかげで、プロンプトの適応度が高まり、扱いやすくなっています。ただ、現在もスタイルの調整や、新しく統合したモデルの限界をテストしている最中であり、スタイルは時間とともに変化する可能性があります。

For those who are not aware I am planning to take a week-long break from the 22nd of February until the 3rd of March, but it seems I will be taking it today since I am experiencing a severe creative block. And I don't think I can make something that I find to be good to post at the moment. I apologize but current requests that have not been finished will be continued once I am back from my break. If I were to force myself to work on a set right now, I wouldn't be able to give my all and ensure good quality.

Instead, I've been spending my time tweaking my style prompts yet again. After the last few sets, I'm still unsatisfied with the lack of expressive motion and expression. Tweaking prompts is an endless endeavor since I always find something lacking, and fixing one thing always causes a new problem.

Took a bit of time to make this, I'm running on fumes for my creative fuel. Once the new PC is ready, I'll probably be going to experiment with my styles prompt again since I want to try and improve some aspects yet again. Maybe I'll manage to make an improved one or maybe an entirely different style. Either way, I like to try and experiment and come up with new styles or improved versions. And I don't think I can finish 8 requests in just 3 days less at this rate, I feel like my own working speed is slower combined with my slower PC. I was supposed to get this set done yesterday but got a bad headache and drowsiness, and I had to contact plenty of PC stores to ask for stocks which turned out to be empty for most of them. I managed to get a 5080 and already got my hands on it today but the finished PC won't be done until April at the earliest.

Quick Update

I decided against getting a 5090 and after the suggestion made by theRexs I tried getting a 4090 instead. However, all the stores that I contacted were out of stock and the one with a 4090 had a price of $2500 which is almost the price for the cheapest 5090, and for a used 4090 is around $2200. I was in a dilemma on what to get and eventually decided on a 5080 instead. The stock problems persisted but I managed to get a 5080 with the price of $1800. Not cheap but I am in a bit of a hurry since my current PC is experiencing more slow down than ever and were it to break down completely, it would only add more stress for me.

Generation time is 20 to 40 seconds longer now, and I'm not sure what's causing it, but sometimes it is almost as fast as usual which confuses me what is wrong and I have been experiencing my CPU reaching 100% which is a good sign of something wrong. Nonetheless, the budget for the PC is now lower than before and the total should be around $4000 now instead of $5000+. I will probably upgrade some parts since I am cutting down on storage to 4TB and the GPU to 5080 from the original plan of 5090.

Since there is a risk of 50 series melting and all those problems, I am trying to get a newer PSU that supports 12V-2x6 cable just to be on the safe side. And since the total budget was lowered, the new PC should be ready around April or May. I will need to source all the components by myself since the PC store I went to can't help me with that. Hopefully, there won't be any problems as I slowly gather the components.

Anyway, I am planning to finish all the pending requests this week so the rate of upload may skyrocket, just for this week only though. There are more or less 8 requests that I am planning to finish before my rest, and hopefully, I can finish it in time.

私は5090の購入を見送り、theRexsの提案を受けて4090を購入しようとしました。しかし、問い合わせたすべての店舗で在庫がなく、唯一在庫があった店舗では $2500という価格で販売されていました。これは最も安い5090の価格とほぼ同じであり、中古の4090でさえ約$2200でした。このため、どれを選ぶべきか悩みましたが、最終的に5080を選ぶことにしました。

しかし、5080も在庫不足が続いており、最終的に$1800で購入することができました。決して安い買い物ではありませんが、現在使用しているPCの動作が以前にも増して遅くなっており、完全に故障してしまうとさらにストレスが増すため、急いで新しいPCを用意する必要がありました。

ただ、現在のPCよりも画像生成の時間が20～40秒ほど長くなっており、その原因が分からず困惑しています。時々、通常と同じ速度で処理されることもあるため、何が問題なのか特定できていません。また、CPU使用率が100%に達することが頻発しており、何かしらの問題がある兆候だと考えています。

それでも、全体の予算は$5000+から$4000程度に抑えられました。ストレージを4TBに削減し、GPUを5090から5080に変更したためです。

また、50シリーズの発熱や溶解問題のリスクがあるため、安全のために12V-2x6ケーブル対応の新しい電源ユニット（PSU）を購入しようと考えています。予算が削減されたこともあり、新しいPCの完成は4月～5月頃になる予定です。

PCショップではパーツの調達を手伝ってもらえないため、自分で一つずつパーツを集める必要があります。時間をかけて慎重に揃えていきますが、大きなトラブルがないことを願っています。

なお、今週中に保留中のリクエストをすべて完了する予定のため、一時的に投稿頻度が急上昇するかもしれません。完了予定のリクエストは約8件あり、休みに入る前にすべて終わらせたいと考えています。

I was supposed to sleep but instead went to work on this set for nearly 4 hours, might as well since I've got the motivation and ideas. I'm planning to work on sets quickly for this week and next, as I will be taking a break from the 22nd of February until the 2nd of March. I'm already at my limit at working at this pace and pushing much further without actual long rest would only diminish the quality of my work and overall enjoyment of the process. I'm heading to bed now good night.

Future Plans and Adjustments | 今後の予定と調整

First and foremost I would like to thank all the members whether paid or free who have joined my membership and are planning to keep supporting me for the foreseeable future, I greatly appreciate all your support and you may not know it but you all have changed my life for the better.

PC Problems

There are some things that I want to address regarding my plans for future works and adjustments. My current PC seems to be struggling recently due to the CPU slowing down after general usage or other reasons, I've been using this PC for generating for around 2 years more but after that much it has reached its limits. So I am planning to upgrade to a newer and more powerful PC that will help in generating images much faster, as it will open up a lot more option for me to fix and experiment with my generations. However, the price estimation is around $5000+ since the new 5090 just came out and price is exorbitant, so I will wait for a few months at least for the prices to hopefully lower. Maybe around June or July the earliest and if things do go smoothly, I hope I can upgrade my PC around that time frame to significantly improve my work.

My current PC specs:

• GPU : RTX 3060 12 GB

• CPU : Intel I-5 10400

• Ram : 32 GB

For reference, the speed of generating 2 images using my current PC would take around 80 seconds sometimes 90+ if there are 2 characters. A short set of 25 (Though 25 images but some contain 2 instead so the total could be around 30+) would take me around 6 - 7 hours, if I really rushed it I could get below 4 hours. A long set of 50 would take me 10 - 14 hours. I prefer working not to finish a set for the sake of finishing it but enjoying the process and being creative. If I stop enjoying the process, the speed of my work will slow down to a halt.

New PC specs:

• GPU : RTX 5090 32 GB

• CPU : Ryzen 7 9800x3D

• Ram : 64 GB

• Storage : 8 TB

• Price : $5000+

I see 5090 as a very good investment for my activity, and from the calculation I made, the speed improvement would be extremely high. Compared to my current PC, the new specs can generate just less than 2 seconds for 2 images. My work hours for a long set of 50 images would take just a few hours, it would cut down a lot of waiting time as I generate. For reference, the price for the cheapest 5090 in my country is around $2800 and the most expensive is $4000.

The CPU I chose 9800x3D since it is not too pricy but is very good for handling most things, but AI generating relies more on GPU rather than CPU so I wouldn't need the strongest CPU but good enough that my GPU won't get bottlenecked.

Just to be on the safer side, I will get 64 GB RAM since currently my RAM usage is near 32 GB and I would like to have a less lag time. I will upgrade more in the future if I deemed necessary.

An 8 TB storage would be a good start as currently the folder just for images alone that I made since I started last November already reached 300 GB, for Models and Lora it is around 80 GB.

Adjustments to Workload & Addition of Rest week.

Currently, I don't really have a rest day unless I fall sick or I force myself to take a rest. Most of the time when I'm not making any set including the weekends, I would use it to do research, experiment, adjustments to my prompts. The style prompts I use is the culmination of months of research and nonstop adjustments. And my sleep schedule is nonexistent now, I sleep when I can and wake up when I do. However, it is from my own desire to work hard and sometimes too hard to the point I just can't fall asleep or stay asleep. I don't want to make sets for the sake of pumping out content that I don't enjoy creating, I want to enjoy the creative aspect of my work to make it sustainable long-term. I've experienced first hand how it feels before so I would like to avoid it as much as possible.

So I would like to add a week of rest to not burn myself out, I will announce whether I will be taking my rest but if you do still want to contact me you still can on my Discord server or Direct message. I do want to apologize as your request might be held back longer than usual, especially higher tier members who specifically pledged for a request. I do want to keep working on sets but creative fatigue isn't as easy to mend as a tired body.

For Heavy and above member

The thought of changing request frequency to once a month instead of one every two weeks did pass my mind. But I will first hear your thoughts and opinion so be sure to contact me and tell me what you think. Though this change will be temporary until I do get a new PC so it won't be a permanent change. If possible do tell me on the Discord chat for Heavy+ members so every Heavy+ members can also see.

Adjustments to sets

I apologize for this change but I will be reducing the long set pages to below 45 temporarily until I can get a new PC since working on a long set takes way too long, and past 6 hours I have started to feel my quality starts to decline. Not only does it take a toll on my body, but it also takes a toll on my creative fuel too, and sometimes it is so bad that I just can't come up with any ideas on how to make any scenes for the next sets.

The way I work on the set is I will start and finish it in one sitting most of the time. Unless I am too tired I rarely stop midway and continue on the next day. So if I were to start a long set at 16 PM, I would be done around 1 AM to 3 AM in the morning (optimally). And most of the time I would sleep around 6 AM and wake up around 14 PM to 16 PM to start working again. My sleeping schedule has been a wreck, to say the least since last November. If I were to delay one set, it would only delay the rest of the sets. And for a Mild tier request, it would take around a month for the set to be finished with my current pace. Sometimes it would take longer depending on other factors.

Once again I want to thank you all for supporting me and apologize for the sudden changes. The current pace is something I am barely keeping up with, and more often than not, I am getting too overworked with this pace.

ヘビー・メンバー以上

休息期間中のリクエスト頻度については、一時的に「2週間に1回」から「月に1回」へ変更する案も検討しています。この変更についてはDiscordのHeavy+メンバー専用チャットでご意見をお聞かせください。なお、新しいPCを導入した後は、この変更を元に戻す予定です。

セット内容の調整について

長いセット（50ページ以上）は一時的に45ページ以下に制限させていただきます。これは、長時間の作業が体力や創造力に大きな負担をかけるためです。特に6時間を超える作業になると、品質が低下する傾向があると感じています。現在のペースでは、1つのMildリクエストセットを完了するのに1か月以上かかる場合があります。作業効率を改善し、創造性を維持するためにも、この調整は必要だと考えています。

My PC has been experiencing some slowdown as of late, still not sure what is the cause of it but hopefully it is nothing bad. The PC I'm using is 3 years old and after using it intensively for AI generation it has shown its limit. My current pace of working seems to be a bit consistent although at the cost of sleep, but well, I can't really do this many requests a week without sacrificing sleep. Once I can upgrade my hardware, things should be much more manageable whilst increasing the output of the request.
