I know you guys have been wanting builds out of me BAD BAD and I’m working on it I swear 😭, lately I’ve been very intimidated by bigger home builds so until that nerve goes away imma be doing apartments.

I really do love how this apartment came out it definitely feels like a first apartment to me. I definitely wanted to make to make the space as If it’s a couples first apartment. I wanted to make the space an even combo of not to girly but also not to manly.

About the Build 🥑:

• Comes with a washer and dryer room 🥑.

I used Lot 51 plumbobs and internet mod to enhance some details of the build it always makes the game more realistic. It’s not needed for the build but just u don’t have it things from the build will be missing.

I wanted to take the time to speak to you guys about some things, first off I have a decor drop im hella excited about coming soonnnn. It will probably be dropped by the first week on may since April is about to end . An Randomly I’m very happy with my choice on changing the billing system and you guys are able to get your moneys worth from me especially for these moments when I be silently plotting 😂.

But I’ve give you guys a hint on the decor project I’ve also been thinking about sharing a sneak peek of it- I’m not sure yet but …… it has to do with music .

Im also thinking about making another version of something I’ve already done before, Ive been plotting heavy yall 🐽!

Last thing…

I apologize to you guys for my silence, I’ve been trying to focus on school and make sure my grades are set before the semester is over. Because of a lot of times I get wrapped up so much on how I enjoy making content I forget school is really my future and it has to stay a major priority. I’m still learning how to balance everything and take things day by day. And also learning how to take breaks 😭. Also imma be real with how I feel but my last renders were TRASHHHH I have to get used to using sims for my decor previews so they may be lacking for a lil minute 😭🥴.
