Changing benefits for Destroyer tier and Cruiser tier

Destroyer tier originally can not view Artist CGs, which means in the future, Destroyer tier would not be able to see Artist CGs anymore.

Cruiser Tier were the one that you can view all contents.

However, I am going to change the benefit for the Destroyer tier to be able to view the Artist CG content after a period of time (maybe after one month?)

I still haven't decide many benefits for both tiers, but the benefit for Destroyer now would not change and may add more in the future. For Cruiser, it should be the same.
