Game update #1 - The basics

The first of (hopefully) many updates!

I've been slowly building a framework for the game idea I had mentioned a month prior, and while I'm very much unfamiliar with game creation as a whole, I got something of a basic structure down:

• a very very simple battle system scene (enemies and players and even a grabbing function! for obvious reasons).

• the makings of a stat system.

• A basic menu to choose the battles.

And regarding the things OUTSIDE the game design itself:

• The outline of a story.

• Some character designs (here's even a sneak peak of one):

• 2 backgrounds/scenery.

It's a rather simple concept, related to a somewhat Arena/Colliseum theme, but since It's my first time I thought to stick to simple.

So what can you expect next update?

• Screenshots of the battle scene (attacks, interactions, and some art)

• Probably much more editing to make things work correctly.

• A working 0.1? (Hopefully? but don't count on it)

Anyways, that's mostly what I have to say for now, Thank you all for listening and hopefully next time you hear about this you can play at least 1 battle of it (even if it's the most basic of RPG game like stuff lol)
