So this project has been delayed and delayed and delayed, Laced with one problem after another 🤬😡🤬😡😭😭😭😭😭 Finally at a stage to just let go finally!!!

Basically the last 10-12 weeks or so I've been on a massive self-improvement mind set (my art methods only I mean, my personal headspace is unfixable 😂) I now have a stylus pen and upgraded GPU.......Goodbye GTX 970.....Its been emotional.

I have 2 words......PEN PRESSURE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pen pressure has completely changed how I blend and basically my entire workflow has now changed after almost 25 years. Old dogs...new tricks.

I started using it on my Joker 2 character, Then when Brianna was complete I had become adjusted to it, Now I cant live without it.

Before a new skin project begins, I wanted to see if my new techniques worked before I risked wrecking a new photo set and then have to sit and paint the same set again my old way. So I ran some experiments on my older photography sets....7-8 weeks later I give you Manon the Prototype.

I'm buying some photography sets today so that is now next on my list......well after I finish the BBW set.....Oh and 3-4 scenes that are now 95% done. THEN I will paint the new skin with this new method.

What's changed?

1.  Image warp finally works

I now have the ability to Realtime nip, tuck and nudge photos to go where I want and what shape I want and cover what I want in one single move instead of having to paint tiny strips and blend it all together. This will improve

• Mouths (Always been a weakness of mine)
• Tattoo 'schemes' and placement
• Eyebrows
• Nipples
• Gens (Yes my sacred Vagina's look even better now)
• Gen hairs (Yes my sacred Bushes or bush-e-er now)

2.  No more feather fences and blurred masks (spline secret sauce)

Industry standard to blending anything together is feather edge fences or the equivalent of. I now have my own custom way of blending which uses zero feather edges and any blurring of any kind.

Feather's will always destroy pixel fidelity in that area because of the way it ghosts 2 layers together, I now 'key' photos together instead of blurring them together using a custom brush I made, There is now minimal blurry flat area's of skin, the whole torso has some sort of detail as my new technique creates this impossible skin texture build up, just as a by-product of the method I now use. This combined with the baked normals in that area....It looks a lot more detailed.

Its taken me a very long time to figure this method out and I will take it to the grave, So don't bother asking 🤣😂🤣 No one should give up the family secret sauce.

3.  No more torch bum-luminesce-glowing body!!!!! (spline secret sauce)

Since the beginning I have noticed the characters are so bright, but not surface bright, an under the skin glow looking effect. Like they have a torch up their ass turned on.

I always mentally pictured it as....Imagine looking at a stained glass window at a cathedral. Behind the glass is a giant flood light beaming through it, the glass and colours will pop vibrantly, so vibrantly that all the small details inside all the individual window sections are just one big glowing colour.......If you dim that light slightly all of the small hand-painted characters inside the glass start to show up, turn the light down too much and everything just becomes very dark and it just looks like dark glass.

Well I finally figured out how to 'dimm' that flood light without making the skin look like a corpse or zombie. No more bright glowing skin inside VaM, my skins now look like a solid living object and not a glowing cartoon with a detailed skin texture.

This might slightly disorientate you at first, and your first impression might be.....Why is this so dark? But after a few scenes you will adjust and realise that it isn't too dark, its just all the other VaM skins are too bright. Trust me on this 'See example'

WIP:

• BBW skin set of this (this was originally a BBW skin which then evolved 3 times. I still have my original work so it will transfer to this)

• FULL TATTOO SUIT

Feat:

• 8 presets (save them for easy load into scenes or character mods etc)
• Loads of new hairs that work in combo
• 2 Body types (shaved gen or full bush)
• Cellulite (Removable) (Stronger depth)
• Bra cup marks (Removable)
• Tattoos (Removable)
• 3 New Faces
• Subtle Varicose veins (BBW originally)

One last thing, f**k me this is a big write up..........My big ticket Model releases will now come with a 'spline MODE' character as a bonus. This is basically a way of me sharing my personal taste character without alienating the guys who like slim/old/Futa etc

They will still get what they want but I also get to make a LOT MORE thick curvy tattoo girls etc without it becoming spline@tattooedbbwcurves.com every release.

In other words, Lots more BBW's incoming but also my variety models still. Its win win for everyone.

3 Part auto load scene with a black Veronica. 😍

I'm working on something big but I still need a few more days to complete. Its a new method of painting which makes my characters textures look different and way more realistic. I will explain once she's released. Its a complete game changer IMO. 😁 I have been working on this for some time (Like on and off for over a year)

Once the texture is complete I will finalise the toy scene I made with it.

Also I have the Brianna skin set converted to Futa, that is 99% done too.

I was just playing about with Emma MKII textures and next thing I know It became a full project. Those baby hairs maaaaaan.............I had to brush them in freehand 😬.

They will do until I get better pictures.

Soooooo basically by the time I had an idea for my Halloween special I was left with 3 days to get it finished. Personally I think the last joker was a bit rushed 😐 Some of the geometry was a little off in places and the texture was very basic.

Its the Joker after all so I had to make the character I intended too all along so I have been sat here since then working on it day and night and NOW he's the Joker.

Above and Beyond Feat Natasha MKIII

I rebuilt an old scene where I was playing around with expressions then Natasha showed up and I started modify her a bit. It went well and I inadvertently created a perfect big boob model swap scene. The Mocap is a nice slow subtle movement with just enough to get big floppers-a-floppin and the main focus was trying to get the expressions look more natural.

Swapping models around has been at least 95% successful for me.

Or you can walk out side and watch through the window for some voyeur action.

Pretty good little scene I use a lot now, Enjoy.

Oh and one thing more....Natasha MKIII is HEAVILY morphed into position, she is still a WIP.

Started a new 'thing' with the rigging of the characters for a more fluid natural feel to the pounding. It seems to have worked pretty nicely, its just a way to make the female look like she's taking the length and feeling it, so to speak 😁

I have a small project I've nearly finished, once that is wrapped up I will finalise a bunch of content I've made, its all at 90% completion so it will be a busy month for content 😬 Thank you all for another month of support. Because of you guys splineVR exists, if you get what I mean.

Also a new black futa skin set included with lube'd gen detail's. I made it 6 months ago and forgot to finalise it (It was hidden in my working folder) my bad. I'll make a black futa soon, Also a black male I've been working on. Still trying to find good ref's for him but its been difficult.

She's done. Just don't expect to pose her easily😄, her body is extreme in all directions, think of it as a statue that I've built entirely in this pose. I will make some other poses and re-shape her into them but for now you can have her stood up.

70% of the morphs I've used were in the reverse direction as I wanted to create a really unique BBW shape with a clumsy chubby bum and subtle cellulite.

I've also converted her boob texture to a non BBW skin set (coming soon)

Been working on this on and off for a while, I was waiting until I'd finished a new skin set so I could finish this tattoo body set on top, Personally I love the way she's turned out and an absolute subtle babe too 😍😍😍😍😍

It was an absolute nightmare and the layers, the dammed LAYERS!!!!! I had at least 10 crashes a day trying to finish it, well over 350 layers total (In just the tattoo's) my programme was blowing smoke out its ears. I'm just glad it over 😅

I built her body off Tina's torso with 10% veronica's face 10% of Mikaela's face and tweaked a new one into the mix, This character looks amazing with other skin sets too....Enjoy

WIP Project 8 Debra Update 3

Update 3: Diffuse maps 90% finished and colour balancing is almost complete, Still normal maps and spec to go then some small tweaks. 

Those yellow tones have been kicking my ass, hardest one yet, the face looked dead without yellow and with yellow she looked like a Simpsons character, I had to bring the same texture in 4 times lay them over each other and create faux Sub Surface scattering maps to give her cheeks nose chin some colour. 

Update 2: Face, Neck and scalp done

Still a lot to do but the dreaded hands of doom are finished, The yellow tones in this skin are crazy so I will have to dial them out almost completely. 

The gens and bum are starting to look really good, although the white line up her bum crack will have to have some pink tones added. Same with the clitoris. 

Face, neck, ears, scalp, nipple options, gen options, face options, normal map details are all still left to do and LOADS of colour balancing. 

The feet are being left to last, Feet are an absolute nightmare, but my GF donated pictures of her foot soles so I will add hers, my ref models soles are really smooth and have hardly any details, my GF's look like a bulldogs neck 😂
