Got Character Revamp Done

I haven't been idle during my break, anyone want to guess who is who here?

MAY Break/Vacation/Holiday etc

As you are no doubt aware from the last post and from the poll about it I am now on holiday until the 1st June as from 5th May I will be moving into the new place and getting sorted with the area and with instillation of internet, change of addresses, sorting out the bills etc. To that end here is what I my next aims are, either during the holiday OR for after it:

* Finish DGD revamp of characters (Only Kyra, Sigrid & Valia left to do)
* Finish Futa Grandma 1 Version 1.1.
* Start Futa Grandma 2.
* Character Bio's

Work has flipped my hours so before when I was working in the afternoon and doing stuff in the evening. Now I'm early morning and doing stuff in the afternoon.

I already got an update to my CHYOA stories https://chyoa.com/user/Icarus%20Media for the month and I did the two silent comics for the $5 patrons.

Once the holiday is over and I've settled down and got everything sorted I can resume. To that end I can report two things, don't get your hope up on these but:

* My previous internet was under the responsibility of my missus, hence I had 19mbps download speed and 1mbps upload speed, I am with the new property in charge of the internet myself and the plan I'm hoping to get features: 128mbps download and 20mbps upload. This hopefully will result in faster upload speeds for when it comes time to the deadlines.

* In my forum wanderings I have discovered a modification for the engine I use that apparently allows for the recording of video, again don't get your hopes up I don't even know if I have that installed or how it works yet. But something to think about I guess.

This isn't really adding anything new, just amending things. I'm going to be on break during May especially with the house move but once these are done I'll have Futa Grandma 1 completed and then I can move onto Futa Grandma 2.

DGD Poll 3

It has come to light that with the new engine you can actually make 'futa' according to what some purists call it. I know it can be a big argument when you have either one with balls and no vagina, or one with no balls and a vagina (ones with both seem a lot rarer)

With that in mind, When I do the revamp do you want Dick and Vagina (Traditional futa)? Do you want dick and balls with no vagina (Some people don't like these being called futa and instead call them dickgirls, or more insultingly "men with tits") Or all three?

With DGD I would like to be able to do the whole male on futa stuff and this could open up that to people who like that stuff. (It's not my thing but some people like it) Up to you.

News and Tie Breaker

Hello, so the BASIC version of 1.0 is uploaded/uploading for $10 patrons.

$5 Patrons will get it by the 11th April.
Everyone else will be the 18th April.

The Polls for the silent CG comics are now over and since I need to do the last one as well I thought I'd wait and do them both together, so $5 patrons you will get 2 comics this month, last months and this months. Don't forget I'm hoping to upload a better version of 1.0 by the end of April as well, maybe beginning of May at max.

In terms of the Dickgirl Dorm revamp polls, we have a tie breaker which I'm opening up to everyone now.

The vote has revealed you want: Female Player to be White. Male Spouse to be White from the United States, Male Player to be white. Oh and you want Amina and Yolanda's aggression and stereotypical behaviour to remain at the same level. But what of the female wife? 

I have two tie votes at 27 votes each for either a US white wife, or an Asian Japanese Wife. What would you like?

P.S. the vote for me to take a break next month and resume work on 1st June is overwhelmingly for taking a break, especially as with the move I have to set up internet and all that stuff in the new place.

May Break Poll

Hello!

With the release of 1.0. 

$10 tier first, then $5 a week later and then everyone else a week after that. I wanted to ask if I could have May off, mainly for two reasons:

1) My house move will be the beginning of May and I will have to deal with that, especially as it takes time to set up internet. Keep in mind I'm moving to a rural village in bumfuck nowhere, it doesn't have internet cafe's or even a library. So until I sort the internet I can't really upload much. Missus likes village life, I like city life. Go figure.

2) It gives me a rest. Which I can use for inspiration and to come back to Futa Grandma 2 refreshed.

So I will resume work in the beginning of June, assuming I haven't done stuff in my break, which some of my older patrons know I'm prone to doing.

April Custom CG Comic ($5+)

Here is the latest post for you guys and girls to come up with silent CG comic ideas, so feel free to post and a poll will be open later on with the options, comment below. One idea per person.

Deadlines

It just occurred to me that I haven't set a deadline for 1.0 of Futa Grandma 1 game.

So here is the preliminary deadlines for you:

(KEEP IN MIND THIS CAN CHANGE, MAYBE EARLY OR LATE, but a deadline really helps me to be motivated and complete stuff.

Keep in mind previous release was late February so we're on track. I realise it's a long wait for this one, but as it's the completion of Futa Grandma 1 there are a lot of stuff I want to re-edit and do before putting it as complete.

Immediately after that I will begin Futa Grandma 2 to continue the story. The polls are currently open for the Dickgirl Dorm revamp, namely the protags, the spouses and the girls in the dorm. I've been asked by a few people to tone down the stereotypes of their behaviour and downplay the aggressiveness of them. A few people do not like Amina being fundamentalist, and some don't like Yolanda being ghetto and drugging people so...should I amplify their aggressiveness, keep it the same or lower it a bit.

The results of this poll wont be manifest until the distant future but I like to get things done if I can rather quickly. Those who have played Dickgirl Dorm, my onhold game will be familiar with the 9 girls, but I thought for the revamp to add a 10th one, round out the number. But who?

Early Release + News

I've just released the latest version to all patrons a little early because over the weekend I have both an appointment that has come up in Birmingham, and I'm having to pack because I'm in London next week as well. On top of this busy schedule I've been given the news today that I have till 1st June to vacate my home as the landlord has sold it and that is my notice period. So I thought I might as well tick it off.

I don't foresee it affecting you that much but I want to get as much of my scheduled tasks done as I can. It could affect you only when I do move as I will have to get internet sorted (although last time I paid an extra £5 per month for unlimited data and used my phone network as a hotspot for my computer.) But I will deal with that when the issue comes up.

I also thought that since you are donating to the current project you are also to some extent donating to me as a person and my sincerity dictates I do not enjoy a state of silence as regards my informing you of what is happening.

I tested only as far as the main screen though. Have a look and let me know if anything bugs out.

Game Poll

*PLEASE READ! IT IS IMPORTANT. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND, PLEASE ASK!

So with the issue of the size of the game as well as the fact it's still uploading I thought I'd make another poll that might help.

1) What is the format that you download? Because I'm wondering if anyone uses that Linux download, if they don't then I'm happy to not upload Linux builds in the future. Let me know what build you download please.

2) The previous poll wanted one large file, but as you can see, already at 3.6Gb we are taking days to upload, especially when it resets and has errors. It also means I refrain from using the internet and go caveman. I'd like to know if we can change the previous poll result to splitting the Futa Grandma into 3 separate games. What this will mean is that version 1.0 will be Futa Grandma 1 completed. The story will continue in Futa Grandma 2 which will start off at 0GB. I hope you see what I mean by that. Futa Grandma 3 if it's needed. All that will happen in Futa Grandma 2 is that it will ask for character names again and if you had the NTR character in etc. Same story, you lose nothing by doing it this way. The development time is the same for the Futa Grandma project. It would help me to split it at this point, but I'm reluctant to go against patron votes from before unless said patrons change their mind, otherwise would the point of the votes be if I overrode them and acted like a tyrant?

To make it clear, if I don't split at this point:

* At 3.6GB already it's taking days to upload, at bigger sizes it could take up to weeks.
* I would be offline during this time so community engagement would be 0.
* Futa what if comics would be delayed because of the uploads.

That said, someone on the last post has provided me a link to compression software, which I will download once the uploads are done and I'll be looking at that as well.

I want to solve this issue, trust me.

I apologise that the uploads are taking so long, the MEGA mac version has twice now failed because of internal error, I'm now switching to the dropbox ones and I'm going to leave the computer on for the day.

I've asked on F95 about compression software and so far had no reply so I'll be doing some searches for some. Since everyone voted for a large game file rather than splitting the game into 3 separate sections it will be a necessity now. I was hoping but I will go along with the patron vote.

The issue with the uploading is that if I log off, the progress resets, if I download anything it can also reset, sometimes it does it itself as well. So I'll leave it on and hopefully the dropbox version will upload today.

The $5 tier comic about Baguette being a futa I will do tonight, not sure about whether uploading it will reset the game upload though so I'll be cautious on that.

So I was wondering what you want me to do after I finish the futa grandma game. So after some brainstorming, watching feedback and looking at the futa games that have come out recently I came up with the following ideas:

1) Dickgirl Dorm Revamp:

The code is already there, I might as well use it either editing it entirely or copy and pasting sections. The revamp I am hoping to use the graphics that I have now, there will be other changes I was looking at:

* Changing Svani's name (since people were getting confused with Shani)
* Changing Giuliana's name since I misspelled it.
* Sound during the sex scene loops.
* More smooth animation for the loops.
* Classrooms
* Living on campus rather than in a home somewhere.
* Upping the chance of events in rooms.
* Making sure you always have something to do in the rooms.

And a few others I was thinking of to be able to not add too much and condense the game into something I can complete. But we can discuss and vote on changes AFTER this. (Has Gameplay)

2) In Icarus Game, Fish Cucks You - A visual novel much like the futa grandma game in which your adventurer party stumble across an unconcious Undine, she however is a futanari with a retractable cock who proceeds throughout the story to cuckold you with your party members. (Visual Novel)

3) The Futa Maid In Manhattan - You, your spouse and your family (you decide the gender of couples adult age children) hire a new maid for your home, oddly enough, it turns out she is a futanari, will she do stuff behind your back? They will seek to transform you and your group into them by means of ejaculating (or repeated ejaculations) into you and your group members. Some monsters are naturally helpful, some indifferent and some malevolent, you might befriend some and some might even be pretending to be nice though... Examples of Futa Monsters include:

5) Futanari Medicine - Play AS the futanari this time, in this one I aim for a map exploration type game (think of the map from summertime saga) with many locations such as home, hospital, college etc etc. It seems a strange virus has occurred and you are not only immune, but it turns out that your sperms are a treatment (not a cure) for said virus. watch the developing storyline unfold as your character works on herself and her stats, deals with her newfound role of people reluctantly or excitedly seeking her out and the evolving nature of the characters you meet having to come to terms with the fact that you must dispense medicine that way. 6) Futapocalypse - Oh no, you and your girlfriend have found themselves somehow in a dystopian world where a virus has infected people and turned them into horny lustful futanari who seeks to spread the virus with their cocks! Whilst you are in danger, for some reason your girlfriend is immune! Will you tackle the them head on or use your girlfriend as bait for easier gameplay? (Has Gameplay)

Important Game Vote

So I've noticed as I do the game it is increasing in size, making uploading it take ages as well as almost reaching the limit for MEGA downloads. So I thought of an idea: 

I could split the game into 3 separate ones. 0.1 to 1.0 was the first and was intended to be a slow burn with the grandma and the others.

1.0. to 2.0 is intended to be the mum, and will feature a LOT more sex and sexual situations, since Mum is experienced she knows exactly what her cuck son will find interesting when she does the girlfriend. So phone pics, pics where you wonder what is happening because of the angle etc etc

2.0 onwards is building up to events concerning Stilyo if you activated her OR leading up to the nice happy wedding of the couple.

So should I have one big game file OR split into 3? I will code in 2 and 3 questions that take account of your choices before. So number 2 or 3 will ask: "Did you activate NTR?" and then it will carry on for example.

Quick Post

This is just a quick post to say that I'm still here and working on the game, I have work later but I'm gonna forego my krav training just for tonight so I can get the transition images done. I'm gonna try and go for a monologue type and see if it works.

Other news, Monday my new language books arrived: Read and Write Hindi Script and Get Started In Hindi. I'll add them alongside Russian, Hebrew and Cantonese. I think I've finally matured enough that instead of dabbling with language I'll get serious about learning these ones and stop adding any more. (Why I love learning languages with their own alphabets I don't know!)

Gym training going well, once or twice a week combined with walking everywhere and I burn quite a few calories.

Once the transition images are done I can start coding. In the meantime I've picked up some translation work for another futa game, where english is not the creators first language and I've been giving advice to a guy working on a futa ntr game as well. Hey gotta represent the cause right?
