I was hoping to do shading on him but it was a big fight. I really like the way I ended up doing the background though. He's surrounded by adoring fans :P

Osprey

I got better into the groove with this one. Ospreys are so weird!! I've seen a few of them around here. They always look so worried, like they just realized they left a fire going at home.

Mallard

I'm still sitting on these last two images because of issues I'm having with shading. In the mean time there's an art show coming up and I really need to create some new digital works for it. They don't normally allow digital work but they made a whole new category just for me to put my stuff in so I don't want to disappoint them.

The theme I'm going to go with is birds, because I actually am very bad at birds and I need to challenge myself. So here's a mallard.

I am going to be making at least two or three others in the next few days but I won't upload them all at once, there will be a week stagger between them each so it doesn't just slam everyone.

i'm really sorry about not uploading in a month, it's been wild. i got in a wreck that totalled my car and school started.

but i'm trying to get back in the groove of things! a little more to do this week and then this weekend should just be working on carfox and this guy :3

WIP Coloring Test

I'm working with OBS to see if I can make videos of working on my images!

Sorry for the continuing delay. My schedule returns to normal soon. This is the flat coloring work I was doing earlier today.

I'm trying to figure out the best way to host my videos because this one is SFW but others won't be. Twitch won't accept NSFW as far as I know. I'll check out Vimeo's rules in the mean time.

I am SO SORRY for how long this is taking. I took a poll on Twitter for what kink to do next and the answer was "musk" and it turned... into something totally out of my control.

This is the most detail I have done in art since I first started to try to do serious digital art. I am so, so, so excited for this but it's also taking a hell of a long time I am so sorry.

The coloring on this pic was a very new adventure, and I'm not just talking about the brushes I used! This was my first time not manually recoloring alt areas. Before I had done every bit by hand and it got... tedious. This pic was definitely a new adventure for me in many ways :D

Sorry it's taken me so long to post this! I actually finished the lineart a little while back but the coloring method was very new and took a while to get a handle on it! Also I'm getting ready for the end of my college semester and it's stressful, lol.

Stagger new posts, or all at once?

I am going to be particularly active in the next couple of days. I have two things I'm working on (one is a physical work with acrylics that I'm very excited about, the other is some NSFW digital) in addition to two other things that I might work on.

Would y'all rather me stagger these posts by one week at a time, or post them when I finish them? Since this is a per-image deal I didn't want to flood everything without prior feedback.

I wanted to use real dog references to practice drawing Becquerel. I'm a little disappointed that the two snarling ones don't really scream Becquerel to me... more practice needed.

I have a fluffy adorable Audino on my party in Pokemon White. Her name is Mama.

I taught Mama the TM Work Up so now she gets fucking pissed.

This is a lot of brush practice some more, and doing lineless things more. I don't know, sometimes the scribble lines add to things but other times I think it takes away from it.
