Hello Patrons.

Last month was a disaster. That's all I could describe it. There were plenty of IRL events that went on that left me both mentally and physically exhausted. First, the LA fire had me temporarily house a relative and his wife while they tried to figure out what to do. Then, I caught what I thought was a cold, but it turned out to be a mild flu. And just when I thought everything passed by: workplace drama. Nothing too serious aside from administrative meetings where we were advised on what to do in case ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) were to show up at the door. This definitely will not improve the workplace environment anytime soon, especially with the knowledge that some of the teachers enrolled will be oh-so-happy if a student gets deported for failing a class.

So that's most of the shitshow that went on last month. Not the best way to start the year, then again who had a good start anyway? Well, aside from you I hope. Honestly, I'm just going to use this month to catch up on the growing pile of poll arts and comms that was put on hold due to circumstances. Apologies for the tardiness of things. I will do my best to get things in order before the backlog gets worse.

Hello! 2025 IS HERE!

There's quite a bit of an expectation going into this year. On a personal side, my dad has been diagnosed with mild dementia and this year my parents are expecting retirement to make the most of their golden years. They are considering moving back to Thailand and there is a high probability that I will be making plans to move there at the end of the year. This is quite a major change for someone who lived, educated, and worked in the US for quite a while. There is still some time before the move so don't expect anything major until summer at the latest.

We have some leftover WIPs from last year! Those will be the priority for this month. Once that is finished, we will have our first brainstorm and poll for the new year. I have a good feeling for this year. :)

Re 2024

Hello Patrons.

Wow, it is December. The year has gone by fast. Overall, it was a mediocre year, with lots of unnecessary stress and disappointments. I could have done more throughout the year but sometimes life has other plans. So closing the year off will be a challenge in positivity and hope for a better year in 2025.

No major plans for this month, mainly catching up to comms and making plans for new goals for the next year. As such, there will be no polls for the month as I try to reduce my workload before the holiday. Plenty of new stuff coming out for the rest of the month. Please look forward to them, as well as the WIP from our last poll.

That said, thank you again for your support throughout the year. 🙏
