Turns out it was just a bug and I didn't realize it!
As you can see I changed the prices:

$7.50 - Lewd + (stayed the same since it was a new tier)

Patreon just announced that we finally can change our prices. And don't worry, this is indeed good news since I wanted to lower my prices since forever.
