After taking a few Kannonballs, Banjo seems to be in a bit of a pinch! At such a high percentage it will take a bit of struggling to get out of this grab... assuming he's even interested in that!
It seems Banjo was a bit too entranced to snap out of the grab! At max % the games practically decided, although they don't seem to be playing with timer on...
