The idea came to me on my vacation I saw a lot of stewardesses because I was doing so much layover travel on my vacation.

Volt N Blade Rework Sprites 1

In 2021 work started on the first demo of “Volt n Blade”, it was a closed “Built” that was only played by the youtuber “Asprey” in an event called “Overseas Fanbase Showcase”.

3 years ago several of the sprites of that demo were made, currently we are working on the base of the game, stage 1 and main level themes.

But nothing of the demo has been polished again, during this month I will be re working on several assets of the tutorial.

Something good for me, after making so many diagrams.

February Poll 2025

I was thinking of doing another one with a pink character theme like last year but I chose to put my “video game waifus” (excuse the word, I'm not a big fan of using it).

Although on the other hand it was also complicated because some of those have already been in other polls and I didn't want to repeat. If it were up to me I would put Hsien Ko in the all 4 options hehe.

January Notes 2025

 
if you wonder why the pose of sonic in the first picture is because the penultimate day before I left my hometown, I went to see “sonic 3” with my brothers to the cinema.

I wasn't a big fan of the previous ones but I liked it more, although I think what I enjoyed the most was watching it with my brothers more than the movie itself.

Also Rouge the Bat is not in the movie 0/10... nah just kidding I liked the fight scenes between sonic and shadow.

 
About the return to my work (drawing on the internet) currently I've dedicated myself to finish several pending works I had, I've already finished most of them, so soon I'll be back to open commissions. Besides I need to receive money, I have almost a month without receiving anything.

 

About the projects I am working on, Volt N Blade has advanced, although on my side I have only made diagrams and concept maps. Things made for the developers not so much to show to the public (besides who wants to see pure text balloons with instructions) hehe.

 

About the comic I have been advancing it after not touching it since October. Due to a corrupted file that left me a little bit unenthusiastic and other problems that I told you about in the past months. I'm getting it back on track and I'm already more than 10 pages done, I don't know when it will be ready but I'm at least a fifth of the way through the whole comic (about 50 pages in total).

That would be all that is relevant to mention. This month has been a little bit of a break between rest and work due to my vacation. Reason why I have not been so active. See you next month and I hope you had a good time this first month of 2025.

Little by little I have been taking off pending, originally I was going to draw Mai shiranui for “streeth fighter 6” but in the end I did Sanae. Although the idea of drawing Mai can and I will take it up again.

Hello, I am back from my vacation. I'm currently catching up with my pending.

I made the drawing because I was playing "Warioware move it" with my brother at the weekend and I found it funny that when you lose in Mona's story mode she tells you the positive comment, while Ashley disowns you when you fail.

Me and my brother made several jokes about the situation and I ended up making this drawing.

I will leave it exclusive to patreon.

Just like last year where the January survey was of dragons, this 2025 survey will be of snakes. Although I admit that it was a bit more complicated than last year's because I couldn't put Kanako Yasaka from Touhou because I draw her often :C...

Taking advantage of the fact that this 2025 is the “year of the wooden snake”. Kanako was the perfect character to draw starting this 2025.

December Notes

Hi, I am currently on vacation in my hometown. As I had commented in last month's notes. I have stayed away from the computer and have been with my family and resting from work in general.



This year 2024 has been important for me because it was in this year that I was able to leave home, maybe it was a little exaggerated to have moved to a city so far away. But for now I like living in the center of Mexico. The people I have met here are wonderful and I have a good time with them.

 I also have to confess that in the middle of last year I ended a long term relationship with a woman who was with me for more than 10 years as boyfriend and girlfriend.

But I don't want to end the last notes talking about my love failures.

Speaking of positive things, this christmas I received several gifts and I was even able to buy some vhs (original Darkstalkers) those ovas that came out in the 90s.

 

This month there was not much progress on my projects, “Volt n Blade” will be in “rest” until I return to Guadalajara in mid January. Although the last thing I did were diagrams and concept maps, nothing very exciting to show (besides being information for the development team).

And the monster girls comic I'll take it up again in January.

 Finally I want to thank all the people who have supported me this year, thanks to their support they help me to continue living from my illustrations.

And go ahead with my personal projects. Volt n Blade at least and the comic I know I haven't advanced much, I apologize for that :C.

December Poll 2024

Just like last year, it was great to make nintendo characters with christmas costumes so let's repeat the theme. I had thought about other characters but since I will be on vacation at the end of December I opted for something already tried and tested.
 

November Notes

 Another month goes by and all I see is how close the end of this year is, I don't plan to talk about it because it is something I prefer to reserve for the end of 2024.

Here where I live the weather is colder but not as cold as in my hometown but it gets very cold during the night.

And speaking of my hometown at the end of December I will be going on vacation there to visit my family, it will be almost 3 weeks of vacation so I won't be very active in general for those dates. Apart from doing some Christmas drawings.

I want to get away from the computer as much as possible during those days.

About the development of Volt N Blade this month I was working on concept art and sprites related to some visual effects, I guess the last thing that will be done are things related to particle effects. Although considering that there is only one month of “work” left, the project won't be so advanced until January 2025.

The Monster Maids comic is currently on hiatus, due to commissions and one of the files seems to be having problems. But let's see if we can make some progress in December.

One good thing about this month of November is that I have been able to buy a new cell phone, the old one was so screwed up that I couldn't even take pictures anymore. The camera on the new one is not super quality but it looks good.

Without anything else to say, see you at the end of this year, I wish you a happy December. Beware of the cold... if it's cold in your country, I understand that in some places it's hot hehe.

An apology for the delay, I had the sketch done but it took me a while to do it due to time problems where I live.

While many of the drawings I do vary the so-called “head canon”, some things remain the same, such as Nitori always being in love with Hina and his fixation on her butt.

(And that he has a fetish for Japanese gym uniform).

Currently I haven't been doing much art for Volt n Blade, there just aren't very exciting things to show.

If you're ever interested in game development, you should know that there are a lot of files, concept maps and other documents to be made.

What little I've done in terms of art are sketches of what the hit effects should look like. To start creating a family of assets.
