The beams hit my hit my body and I felt instantly revived.
This outdoor shower in the forest has to be the no.1 naturist experience. Being naked in nature is a rough sport at first ,but once you see the natural paths created by grazing cows you'll learn how to navigate your way around the forest and turn it into a "home away from home". By frequently visiting and finding a spot to meditate and just enjoy the fresh air, you will instantly feel lighter.

Having Naturist/Nudist friends can help you get in tune with yourself. I found myself doing and saying various things that I would only do and say for/to my immediate family...
I gained so much confidence in always just being who I am in front of everyone that I've come across since I've started bonding with my Naturist friends... Giving each other good treatment, like a simple gesture such as making a cup of coffee for my friend or building something with them, or giving each other back rubs...
I've never been so close to myself! I love myself more because of Naturism and Naturist friends.

Nature and I...

I walked and walked through life not knowing where I am going. A littl birdy sat on my shoulder and told me about a spot where I can be one with nature. She said: "You can be yourself" and then told me to run. I ran and ran! Until I reached the forest... I was scared to walk in to this mysterious cluster of trees. I swallowed my fear and started walking until I found myself ln the middle of the forest, not wanting to leave. That bird showed me paradise.

BATH TIME

As someone who spends 80% of her time naked... I have to keep clean. I'm not a big hugger but I would never turn one down so I HAVE to keep clean.

When one is dressed, your skin is protected from dust, spills, and other things that can make you dirty... But, when you're naked you're very exposed. I like bathing twice a day.

What is it to be a Naturist content creator?

I often get compliments on how brave I am for documenting my journey. It is a tough one emotionally and mentally .

There us power in nudity

I've learnt so much self control with Naturism/ Nudism. I've learnt not to judge, keep comments to myself, and not to sexualize people.

I've learnt that in 1month a woman body can change drastically due to hormones. Men also have hormones that make them have "moobs" (aka male boobs) and that's okay because we were all made in God's image and we are perfect according to him.

Good Friday

I had a GREAT GOOD FRIDAY 🤣. My friends and I went live on X (twitter). It was a ball!
We had a whole "naked office" set up because it was more of a business meeting than a braai (BBQ). I've worked naked at places like the 2023 Sexpo, but this was my 1st naked meeting 🤣. I enjoyed myself so much because it is easier to talk business in the nude.

Naturism is not a beauty contest

We are all not perfect, therefore one of the most important rules in Naturism is "No judging". Judging others makes them feel insecure and doubt themselves! Let's be kind to one another💝
