Sh.... Don't tell everyone but my dumbass drew most of this between Late PM and Bird Call AM, and had to redraw a panel when I realised what had happened the next day. I seriously have no idea how I managed to do this, and I hope it doesn't happen again ^^; 

Also, I used a 3D head model I found on in the clip studio assets to partially assist me with the angles, though now that I'm looking at it again I'm not sure that it helped? Ah, well, gotta experiment with these things!

Starry Knights - The Night Coaster | Official Announcement!

I promise, despite what it looks like I'm actually only juggling a small handful of projects ^^; As I've mentioned before, I've had this little project on the backburner for about... Since September last year, wow time flies! 

Universery is a massive project, and is actually super intimidating to work on at times since I've got around... 250+ pages worth of story planned out. And unfortunately for me, the way I've been planning out/organising the comic just hasn't been working, and unless I pull the breaks on and fix it up it I'm worried that it'll slowly turn into a train wreak.

So my plan is, once I've finished this chapter of Universery, I'll be pausing actual comic page creation while I re-work how I'll be making it. In the mean time, I'll be publishing this already thumbnailed/planned comic. Then once it's finished and Universery is sorted out, I'll start posting chapter two of Universery. I can understand if people aren't super happy with this but I really don't want spend several years writing and drawing a comic that I ultimately won't like. When I could take a few months to rework it and make it something properly memorable!

Universery is not cancelled, once this chapter is finished (approximately 9 pages) I'll be pausing production to fix it, while I post Starry Knights.

Which leads me to introduce "Starry Knights!" A short 22 page romp through childhood theme park nostalgia, social anxiety, and one furs terribly small bladder! In Starry Knights we follow our titular protagonist who has finally gotten the chance to ride his favourite rollercoaster of all time, if he can hold it in of course~

After playing around with a bunch of designs, I've settled on one of two ^^ This choice won't really impact the story, but is more about aesthetics ^^ 

Themes/Topics: Public humiliation, sissification, (somewhat)forced diapering, omarashi, and copious amounts of geekiness over a fictional series

With all that said, time to pick our protag!

Whoo! We're on the homestretch of the first chapter, I'm really sorry that it's primarily been build-up but I promise the rest will have many more diapers ^^; 

I seriously didn't think it would take me this long to get to this point, but I guess that shows my inexperience as a comic creator. So, thanks so much for your patience <3 We've got about 10 pages before the end of this first chapter.

Like I've said before I do have plans on writing out the rest of this monster before I start working on the next chapter. I've got a much simpler, and shorter comic planned as an in-between chapters comic while I work on finalising the story and thumbnailing the rest of Universery. Which I plan on posting a poll on later this week, since I'd like a few opinions so I know that I'm giving y'all something that you'd like ^^

Sometimes drawing is like dancing, being perfectly in step with your canvas. Other times, drawing is getting into a fist fight with a brick wall, that second panel is definitely one of the latter. Pulling teeth would honestly be easier some days, BUT I did it, and it's here now, and I'm happy-ish. I think I mostly just want a panadol ^^;;

Welcome to June! ^^ 

(I'm actually super proud of this page, it's the last part of the flashback, I ended up moving the words & panels around a lot but I think it'll end up reading way better ^^)

I hope y'all like the process on this one, I actually had to play around with so much of the layout/panelling to get the sequence I had in my head to work properly. I've also decided that I'm going to do lighting a bit different than I have been thus far, maybe it's because of how dramatic I wanted this page to feel but I think having more 'situational' lighting than realistic lighting might end up making this feel cooler? 

I'm definitely going to be giving it a go for the next few pages to see how it feels ^^ 

By the way, I've been making good process on the 'inbetween' comic I've got laid out, though I'm having trouble picking who I want as the protagonist ^^; On one hand, it might be fun to do a semi-crossover, BUT it'd also be fun for me to play with yet another new oc 030 Decisions, decisions, decisions!

Whoo! Thank you very much for your patience, I've gotten over my story block and new pages should be rolling out a lot faster. :3 I feel much, much better about the layout/story beats now.

Btw it does get a little bit dark here (for the next four pages or so), but I promise, the rest of the comic will be much happier/upbeat. I'm still a new writer (heck, this is still technically my first solo comic ^^;;) so if something doesn't land right, or you absolutely hate the direction, tell me! I'd rather you tell me, and I can make my next page/story better, than me not knowing and make those same mistakes.

Whooo! This page was a pain in the butt, and I went back and forth a lot over the course of it. If I had to give this page a theme it'd be "seesaw" I had an emotional vision, but not a storybeat one, if that makes sense?

Essentially, I had an idea of the emotion I wanted to elicit, but not the way I wanted to go about it. So you'll see that I make lots of adjustments to the focal points in the frames, change the text, and just generally struggle with knowing what I want to say. I think in the end I settled on something I like, though I wonder at times like this what I'll think of the page a year or two from now, once I've had more time to reflect on it. ^^;

By the way, I've been thinking of posting early concepts, and thumbnails of my process for the intermission comic I have planned. Is that something you'd be interested in seeing?

Universery Update!

Just a small update on Universery, first don't worry! Universery isn't broken or anything, I've stopped putting out pages for the moment while I rework them, since I'm not exactly happy with what my original direction was. I wrote the script about a year ago, and now that I'm getting to this pretty important point, it's just not reading how I'd like it to. So, I'd rather take a bit longer getting it right than quickly putting out bad pages.

In saying that, I should have some new pages by next week, but figured y'all deserve to know why they'll be coming out a bit slower for the moment. Hopefully you guys don't mind too much, and the other pages/comics I'm putting out now are enough to tide you over till then ^^

On a related note, I'm just about ready to announce the comic I'll be working on in the interim while I finish writing out the rest of the Universery Chapters. Since this chapter has around 17 or so pages until it's finished, and I want something 'simple' to work on while I plot the rest out properly.
