RoC Beta Updates - Daily Recap [09.11]

Also, you need new games to see these changes. There will be no version control in the short beta period.

Changelog:
Fixes - Fixed Isaak and Robert not being able to wear clothing or be nude
Balance - Chanced the % chance from 15 to 25 for characters getting perks when they walk in on you showering
Jail - Added the jail to the game. This is triggered exactly the same way as before, just go to the beach naked. Also added more ways to be sent to jail such as showing up to other locations naked.
Achievement - Added an achievement for being sent to jail
