His first task was bringing in women, particularly stay at home moms, praying on their boredom and inability to speak out in public due to risk of being shunned by society.
One day Konohamaru came knocking on doors and handed women flyers about a part time job he and his "partner" were offering. It also stated they could make a ton of money within just several hours of work a week. The women didn't question the community kid and went along with it until they are told what the job really was. Most backed out but Kushina and Mikoto elected to stay and support the young lad. They knew him well enough and trusted he was clean and everything they did was for work purposes only. This not only boosted Konohamaru's career but also severely increased Jiraya's revenue, unbeknownst to the two women who didn't know they were being filmed at.
