For those curious, I'm planning on watching Chernobyl AFTER finishing Band of Brothers! I'll likely take a couple of weeks off from shows after Band of Brothers to fit in more movies, and then I'll start Chernobyl!

2024-02-15 10:14:23 +0000 UTCMy excitement for Band of Brothers is closely the same as Firefly. The major difference is the kind of entertainment each provides. For episode 1, Sobel honestly got the men conditioned for what was needed. His methods were legitimately questionable. The men knew he was in charge but someone like that should not enforce it at his leisure. Episode 2, towards the end of ep1, Winters shows what leadership should entail. Disciplining when needed, providing plans that need to be accomplished, ensuring people that they’re capable of succeeding the mission at hand. I’m thrilled that you’re looking forward to more, enjoy it as it comes, it’ll be over before you can say, “I wish there was more.” You do get a little bonus at the end with a special presentation. “We Stand Alone Together”
