Tim Burton's "Corpse Bride" and "Frankenweenie" (for October). Robert Zemeckis' "The Polar Express" (for December)... maybe also "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" (though that's actually a live-action/animation combo). Richard Linklater's "Waking Life" and "A Scanner Darkly." Just to name a few.
