2025-10-03 23:53:25 +0000 UTCSo the name "Togata" that you were stuck on is Mirio's last name; however: because I couldn't believe it either when you pointed it out, I decided to double check by looking it up: Gentle' last name is "ToBIta", not "ToGAta", so, no he isn't actually related to anyone. (Also, Shigarakis name is "Tomura". Also there's Toga, All Mights real name is Toshinori, the invisible girls name is Toru, there's an entire family of Todorokis.... apparently the author just really loves names that start with "To" for some reason XD) I think Midoriyas line of "This is the hardest battle I've fought" isn't just about understanding his motives, it's realising how similar they actually are. When you think about it, what Gentle did was exactly the same as what Midoriya did in the first episode: he jumped in to try and help someone without thinking despite not being in a position to do so. The difference is that hen Midoriya did it, things turned out okay in the end; when Gentle did it, he basically ruined his life, his family, and his future. If Midoriya wasn't incredibly lucky that it was All Might around, there's no reason to think the same type of thing wouldn't have happened to him. I really think Midoriya sees Gentle as someone he could've turned into if he didn't have the people around him that he did. (I'm also starting to understand why I've seen people say that Gentle is one of their favourite characters now.) Also: reminder about the FMA:B OVA's for the next recording session :)

La Brava is spanish for "The Brave", but in Japanese, her codename is romanized as "Raburaba", which is also how you would write "love lover" in Romaji (Romaji is basically transliteration of Japanese signs).
