As far as people thinking that any designer walking in and figuring out how to make a combiner of this size and weight working and being stable in the same amount of time it takes to crank out a bunch of minibots, blaster, Soundwave and a couple tape packs....I think that's just bogus. If they lost a designer, no matter if the combiners where stable or not originally, I'm sure it took them a while to find someone who could figure out how to make it work right. This superion and menasor is unprecedented weight wise. The zeta is probably going to be 1/3 of what fans toys will be combined. That being said we where always going to be paying for the combiner parts one way or another. I'd say the most normalized way of doing business with combiners is to pack a couple parts in with each bot to equality distribute the cost of the extra parts but if things felt rocky with a designer that could be leaving that was working on these 2 things I don't think I'd be packing the parts in with every release either. So many people are talking about how they don't want the combiner parts but I guarantee that once they see someone with a combined fans toys superion they would be selling their mouths on the street corners to get the extra loot if they weren't included. One last thing, people are complaining about the price of a $220 limb bot but let me tell you this.... the secondary market has taught fans toys that this is an acceptable price for it. I've wondered for a long time how long these companies would watch their stuff go for double and triple on the secondary market, for used figures none the less, before they decided to close that gap. At the end of the day everything fans toys is doing right now is because we have taught them that it's ok and we will pay it.
