Final Designs for “SmiloDom” comic

Here are the final designs of the comic. Y’all loved option one, but we’re very passionate about keeping the broken tusk from option 2 so I hope you appreciate the fusion. Let me know how you feel about her design as well. Now the holidays are over I hope to have the thumbnail sketches out soon.

Also any name suggestions from this comic? The placeholder I got now is “SmiloDom” which while a fun pun, isn’t the more serious vibe I’m going for.

So I’m still on my Prehistoric Caveman kick and finally decided to create a short comic, but I wanted to get y’all’s design input. I’m going for a grizzled badass loner Sabertooth humanoid. Let me know what you think, but especially which option you like best ;P

Prehistoric Preamble

So I watched all of Primal recently (great show, if anyone has seen it please let’s talk about season 2 finale), but it got me on another prehistoric kick. I’m getting the annual itch to write a short comic and this is the first thing I’ve latched onto, but it’s still very early in my brainstorming process. I’m thinking either Sabertooth tiger man or just a regular Neanderthal for the male lead. Let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions. It’s not a confirmed project, but I thought you might enjoy some early brainstorm sketches.

Frankenstein Fanart

I’ve been taking time to do some no pressure fun art to recoup from October so naturally I’ve turned to my new Guillermo Del Toro obsession (yes I have multiple).

I love Elizabeth and Adam (the Creature) together, their interactions are brief, but there is such warmth and comfort in their moments together. I tried to create a piece around that feeling of comfort. I’ve created multiple versions because there seems to be debate about their relationship being maternal or romantic. I think I lean personally towards a deep friendship that could have blossomed into something more, but Im a sucker for spice so I couldn’t resist imagining the peen.

Strawberry Cow & Mothman

I’m still recovering from October burn out, but I wanted to still give y’all a little treat in the form of a silly little doodle. I moved recently and rediscovered my amazing plushies bought at Monsterotica last year. They brought me so much joy that I decided to make them a couple and reimagine them as chibis. I may be 32, but that doesn’t stop me from making buying stuff animals and making them kith.

Mage Hand and Potion of Speed are essential tools for 200 year old Wizards trying to contemplate a great pair of orbs.

So I've been thinking about how to finish off this last Costumber with a bang (pun intended), and no matter how many costumes I looked at I couldn't find anything that felt momentous enough. I'm gonna be honest I've already used all my best ideas. After a lot of thought I think I'm going to let y'all pitch the last Costumber idea.

In the comments below I want you to pitch what couple you wanna see. It can be MonsterXHuman, MonsterXMonster, ObjectXAlien, or basically whatever. It can be costumes you wish got won previously, or something new. I will say it can't be an established IP or more than 2 creatures (girl does not have time to doodle an orgy right now). I'll choose the one I think will make the best send-off to this month long event. I will say the more details (Tropes, Kinks, Genders) will probably give it a better chance and if you like someone else's pitch dropping a heart will help them as well. I wanna keep it fun, but I also wanna see how unhinged y'all get. So happy pitching!

Petrifying your victim isn't nearly as entertaining as constricting them.

Not gonna lie Basilisk lore is kind of all over the place so it was fun to kind of mash my own version together. I included a lot of Naga/Lamia for maximum snake factors while downplaying the rooster. I think I was just in a slither hither mood.

Real talk I really like the idea of fantasy dwarf merchant specializing in appraisal being kidnapped by Dragon and then chewing him out for not taking care of his treasure pile appropriately.
