BTW, I really think C&J would love King Kong (1933). Just the vibe I get from their reactions, esp. to Planet of the Apes. It's old but it's bonkers!

I think it's conceptually the better movie, but the last part of the movie is watching reactors go "WTF am I watching?" I definitely want them to watch it, but in a poll, I chose another.

If not, stop everything else and watch Arrival immediately. It's the same director as the new Dune movies and an absolute masterpiece of sci-fi drama. I will happily "tip" you to watch Arrival if that's an option here.
