今週はフェラシーンです。

①の魅せゴマの帽子が逆だった。左右反転すればいいかな…？🤔

②はコマ配置を整理しなきゃですね。

This week, I worked on the blowjob scene.

In panel ①, I realized the hat was facing the wrong way. Maybe I’ll just flip it horizontally… 🤔

Panel ② needs a bit of layout cleanup too.

今週のついつい描いてしまったラクガキです。

テーマは競泳水着の抱き枕カバーイラスト。

差分として、肩ひもを食い込ませたバージョンと、背面バージョン、

さいごに「大鳳ちゃん」バージョンも描いて成長差分として楽しみたいですね。

たまに某サイト様から「抱き枕やタペストリーのイラスト描いてみない？」と、

規格の公募メールが来るんですが、知ってから実際に完成させようとすると時間が少ないので、前もって準備しておこうと思いました。

Here's a little doodle I ended up drawing this week.

The theme is a dakimakura (body pillow) illustration featuring a competitive swimsuit.

As for variations, I added a version with the shoulder straps digging into the skin, a back view version,

and finally, a "Taihou-chan" version to enjoy as a growth comparison.

Every now and then, I get emails from certain websites asking, "Would you like to try illustrating a dakimakura or tapestry?"

But by the time I learn about the project and try to actually finish it, there’s often not enough time—

so I figured I’d start preparing ahead of time from now on.

今回の同人誌の進捗実績ですとなります。

■成果/Result

１．行為のシーン

指揮官も事細かく描いていたのですが、保存ミスで完全消去。

こまめなバックアップは必要ですね。

1. The act of love

I had drawn the commander in great detail, but I accidentally saved it and it was completely erased.

It's important to make frequent backups.

２．大鳳が指揮官の隠し本棚を見つけたシーン

大きさ比率が要調整ですが、大目に見てほしいです。

大鳳の着物って複雑ですがフィギュアのおかげで作画助かっています。

作画コストが高くて大変なのは変わりませんが(;´∀｀)

2. The scene where Taihou finds the commander's hidden bookshelf

The scale needs some adjustment, but I hope you'll be lenient.

Taihou's kimono is complicated, but the figure made it easier to draw.

It's still expensive and difficult to draw though (;´∀｀)

着物衣装で描くのは初めてですね。こちらはラストシーンに使う予定です。

I created a pose using a silicone pose doll and a hand model.

Next, I drew the lines.

【雑記】オリジナルキャラを作ってみた

■はじめに／Introduction

今回は趣向を変えて、「オリジナル」のキャラを描いてみました。

まだ詳細な設定は非公開（設定構築中。。。）ですが、

一次創作として、いずれマンガやネット小説にも発展できたら…と考えています。

This time, I decided to take a different approach and draw some completely original characters.

■ あいさつ / Introduction

今回の実績です。

今週は1ページ目の素材を公開です。

Here are the results for today.

This week we are releasing the first page of materials.

■成果/Result

いつものように執務室に侵入した大鳳が指揮官様の【アッチの趣味の本】を調べているシーンです。（アニメ版アズールレーンびそくぜんしんっ7話の後日談をイメージしています。）なかなか見つからず、不自然な饅頭置物に触れてみたところ指揮官の秘密を知ってしまう…という流れです。

This is a scene where Taihou, who has entered the office as usual, is looking through the Commander's "Book on That Hobby." (This is based on the sequel to episode 7 of the anime version of Azur Lane Bisoku Zenshin.) She can't find it easily, so when she touches an unnatural manju ornament, she discovers the Commander's secret... that's how it goes.

このあとはフェラシーン3ページ着手予定なのです。

ただ舐めるより、パイズリ＆フェラの方がいいですかね？

今回は2週目の実績です。

今回は先週のキスシーンでポーズ人形状態だった箇所の加筆です。

This time, I revised the part from last week's kiss scene that looked too stiff, like a pose doll.

■成果/Result

指揮官を逮捕した大鳳と逃げられない罪人の図です　

なんで大鳳は険しい表情なんでしょうね？🤔

It’s a scene of Taihou arresting the Commander—he's a helpless criminal with no way to escape.

I wonder why Taihou has such a stern expression on her face. 🤔

そしてドドンと公開…！

胸が高鳴りますね…！

ちゃんと黒塗りの奥まで描きこんでいますが規約だからしょうがいないです

And now—bam! Here’s the reveal…!

My heart’s pounding with excitement…!

I drew everything thoroughly, even under the black censorship bars—but the rules are the rules, after all.

そして、完成までの日程を計算してみました。

On a different note, I calculated the total amount of work time needed to complete the manga.

例年の印刷所の早割締め切りが【　7/15　】なので、

それに間に合わせるように日々の作業時間を求めると……

The early bird deadline for the print shop is July 15th, as usual.

To meet that deadline, I broke down the daily work hours needed…

―　仕事の後に2.5h

―　8 hours on weekends,

―　2.5 hours on weekdays after work.

本業エンジニアなのですが、残業のあとに2.5hも作業とは…

I'm a full-time engineer, so working 2.5 more hours after overtime is pretty intense…

これは退職届をだして、フリーランスのマンガ家になるべきか…？！

今年の目標は出版社の編集さんから名刺を頂くことを目標にします

Maybe it's time to submit my resignation and become a full-time manga artist…?!

My goal this year is to receive a business card from a professional editor at a publishing company.

■ この記事の目的 / Purpose

原稿制作の進捗報告と備忘録を兼ねて、「発信の習慣づくり」として始めました。

制作過程の画像やちょっとした試行錯誤も含めて共有していきます。

I started this as a way to "create a habit of communicating," as well as a progress report and memorandum on manuscript production.

I will share images of the production process and some trial and error.

■ 今週の成果 / Result

今週はポリス大鳳が登場するメインコマを中心に、

ネームプロット→下書きに描き起こす作業です。

「コッチの方がドスケベやろ！！（当社比の根拠のない自信）」

という気持ち下書き作業を進めています。

This week, I'm focusing on the main panels in which Police Taihou appears,

and drawing the name plots and then the rough drafts.

I'm working on the rough draft with the feeling that

"this one is way more HENTAI-SUKEBE !! (unfounded confidence)".

「腕章や帽子がないじゃん！」と思う方もいるかもしれませんが、

キャラクターを再配置した際、左右反転する場合があるので極力左右で異なる小物（大鵬の場合はアホ毛も含める）は描かないようにして、最後に調整していきます。

Some people may think, "There's no armband or hat!"

When rearranging the character, the left and right sides may be reversed, so I try my best not to draw small items that are different on the left and right sides (including the Ahoge in the case of Taiho), and make adjustments at the end.

1月の進捗報告

みなさま、あけましておめでとうございます！

今回は「C106出展決意」と「現在の進捗報告」をお伝えします。

■C106出展決意

2025年夏開催予定のコミックマーケット106に出展することを決めました！

当選の結果が分かるのはまだ先ですが、良いご報告ができるよう願いつつ、今は準備に集中したいと思います。

頒布予定アイテム

現時点では、以下のラインナップを予定しています：

１．新刊：「大鳳は指揮官様を癒したい３」

２．新作グッズ：「クリアしおり」

３．既刊：「大鳳は指揮官様を癒したい２」（C104発行）

４．既存グッズ：「大鳳アクスタ」（C104頒布）

今回のテーマ

新刊「大鳳は指揮官様を癒したい３」のテーマは、

「指揮官、ハレンチ警察の大鳳に逮捕（意味深）される！」です。

アズレン生放送で生まれ、ネタが熱いうちに進めています！

また、新作グッズ「クリアしおり」は現在ラフデザインの段階で、Ver2.1を基準に進化中です。

今回は「取調室で拘束された指揮官目線」というシチュエーションをテーマにしており、「机に手をついて胸を揺らし、誘惑する大鳳」という構図に仕上げています。

ボディラインが前バージョンより際立つよう工夫し、さらに魅力的になったと思います！（自画自賛）

以前、RQ大鳳のアクスタ計画を進めていましたが、

グッズ制作における【ギミック】の技術的な課題が解消できず、

いったん見送りとさせていただくことにしました。

お待ちいただいていた皆さまには申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。

ただ、このコンセプトを別の形で実現できる方法を引き続き模索していきます！

よりクオリティの高い形で皆さまにお届けできるよう頑張りますので、

どうぞ温かく見守っていただけると幸いです。

■進捗報告

現在の制作状況は以下のとおりです：

新刊：プロットは完成し、ネーム作業中です。

クリアしおり：Ver2.1のラフ線画を元に、カラーラフ化まで進行しました。

ひとつひとつ作業を進めていますので、完成までお待ちください…！

■最後に

年始には「フォロワーさんの推しを描きたい」企画を突発的に実施してみました！

ただ、コミケの準備と並行して進めているため、思った以上にハードなスケジュールに...。予定より時間がかかってしまいそうですが、こちらも2025年を通して少しずつ進めていこうと思います！

大鳳「指揮官様～❤おはようございます～！」 マンガの感を取り戻すため1コマだけ練習で描きました。 空白トレイ＆セリフの素材用画像を用意しました。 好きなアイテムとセリフを言わせてみようー！ 事後報告になりましたが正式にC104に応募しました。 サークルスペース頂けるといいなぁ… 【絵描きの情報共有】 トーンを貼ったマンガ画像をSNSにあげる際はサムネイルが見ずらい現象が起きますが、作成後に数ピクセルだけ全体ガウスぼかしをすることで改善されるようですね。

【全体公開】アクリルスタンド赤ドレス大鳳ラフ

ようやく満足できるカラーラフができました。次は清書です。 ※乳が樫野サイズだったので、清書では5〜10％程度減少させています 靴は間違って黒ヒールでしたが、グラデーションレイヤーを使うと明暗そのままで色を変化できるのは新しい発見でした。（今更感）

The breasts are a little big, but I think this is just about right (laughs).

C104の進捗ですが、ネーム作業が90％が完了しました。

本日から下書き作業に入ります。下の画像が本日完成した下書き1ページ目です。

今回は趣向を変えて1ページ目から大鳳と指揮官が愛し合うシーンです。

脇が見えないので吹き出し位置は要調整ですね。

前回は画面的にアップが多く、コマ数が少な目でした。

改善として画面の引きの絵＆コマ数を増やしてエッチさを上げていきます。

Last time there were too many close-ups and not enough frames on the screen.

As an improvement, we will increase the sexiness by increasing the number of pull-up pictures & frames on the screen.

B案です 椅子の背面を使って、 『隠したエロス』と『押し付ける柔らかさ』の両立を提案します。 サーマル印刷（お湯をかけると特定の黒色が透ける印刷）が可能ならもっとこのギミックが活かせそうですけどね

はじめにA案としてパーティドレス衣装の大鳳です。

1. Taihou giving a tired commander an aphrodisiac drink.

2. Taihou healing the commander with her breasts.

3~4. paizuri scene.

XX．もっと指揮官とイチャイチャしようとする大鳳だが、

　　不可視の壁がいつの間にか解除されて赤城達に見つかるオチ。

The last page ahead.

XX.Taihou tries to make out with her commander more,

　　The invisibility barrier is somehow lifted and Akagi and the others find out.

ラストのコマは某ジ●リ作品のラストシーンのパロディです（笑）

The last panel is a parody of the last scene of a certain GHI●ULI movie. (laughs)

【WIP】C104の構図ネームラフ

皆様、いかがお過ごしでしょうか

今はC104に向けて構図ラフを作成しています。

タイトルは「大鳳は指揮官様を癒したい２」

登場キャラ指揮官×大鳳　（赤城＋α…）です

簡単な内容として、

■□あらすじ■□　

　海域内に現れた無人島を調査するために向かう指揮官と大鳳を含む艦船たち。

　調査を終えて指揮官と大鳳が【明石特製：休憩所設営キューブ】を起動させると、

　ふたりはトラブルで見えない壁に閉じ込められてしまう。

　調査に同行していた赤城達には指揮官と大鳳の姿は見えておらず、

　これをチャンスと大鳳が開放的な癒しを提案する…

というものです。

同人誌あるあるですが、万能発明キャラって便利ですよねｗ

ラフの内容としては導入から立ち後背位のシーンです。

全体ページ数２６～２８を目標にがんばります。

How are you all doing?

I am currently working on a rough composition for C104.

The title is "Taihou wa Shikikan-sama wo iyashitai 2".

The characters are Commander x Taihou (Akagi + α...)

Brief contents,

■ Synopsis.　

　The commander and his ships, including Taihou, head off to investigate an uninhabited island that has appeared in the waters.

　When the commander and Taihou activate the [Akashi's Special: Resting Place Setup Cube] after completing the investigation, they are trapped in an invisible wall due to a problem.

　Akagi and the others who were accompanying the investigation do not see the commander and Oho, and taking this as an opportunity, Taihou proposes an open-ended healing...

This is the story.

As is often the case with doujinshi, the all-purpose inventive character is very useful, isn't it?

The rough draft is a scene from the introduction to the standing rear-facing position.

I'm aiming for 26-28 pages overall.
