Discord Server Is up!

With the discord server up I think I will invite our patrons-only atm and see how it goes from there before public people can join in.
I will try to get to everyone when I have time and assign everyone who is needed for the Patreon Role in due time.
So for now you can browse and look at the channels and everything will be updated as time goes on.
( Try to keep the channel Patreons only and don't invite any friends yet. Still need to fine-tune things. )
