And some small refinements with that.
This version, most of the work went to the iPod Mini adaption.
β’ Hold screen now switches style based on weather the iPod is playing music or not.

β’ Some improved alignment for the icons on the USB screen
β’ Other than that, the code behind the scenes was cleaned up.
You might see references to "Beta 4", but this is the final version!
