The Printed Website -- Final Version

Patrons who bought a non-illustrated version and prefer to replace their collectors item (only 50 were made without images) with a new, illustrated copy, please get in touch.

Hi Amos, thanks for your feedback. The dithering does have a reason, as it allows to print lower resolution images. However, for the second volume, we will probably only use dithering for the images that really need it. But the images will remain at the end of each article, as it greatly simplifies the design and makes it easy to make changes for future editions, other formats, etcetera.

However, I think you should consider not dithering them for future print versions (it isn't necessary for the printed version, is it?) Also, it would be better to have them in the right place in the text, rather than all at the end. Still great though - thanks for making the book possible.
