In this update is added Japan+ (adding/reworking prefectural cups), updated Central African Republic and Ivory Coast.
Central African Republic - updated formats, updated how schedules work (all matches are played on one stadium), updated rules/finances, added more information to teams that had none
Ivory Coast - updated formats/rules/finances, added more information to some teams that had none
Japan+ - reworked Emperor's Cup prefecture qualifications, added prefecture qualifications for Shakaijin Cup:
Emperor's Cup - J1/J2 teams automatically qualified, rest play prefecture qualification
Shakaijin Cup - only for teams in level 5 down

Emperor's Cup qualification - played by 2 best University teams + 2 best adult teams (it can be expanded to 6 if there is more teams in J3/JFL)
Shakaijin Cup qualification - last winner + runner-up from last year qualified + winners of regional cups, 2 teams qualify into main stage
