BETTER, Especially if I take a nap under my desk at the office!

2024-08-03 22:36:37 +0000 UTCBased on personal experience I got it right! I was surprised so many didn't. If I don't get the sleep I need, I feel like crapola when I wake up, but it gradually improves as the day goes on.

Is our mood in the afternoon worse on days we didn’t get enough sleep, than it is in the afternoon on days we got sufficient sleep? (Yes). Is our mood in the afternoon worse than it is in the morning, on days with a sleep deficit? (No)

2024-07-30 16:25:44 +0000 UTCI'm a chronic insomniac and I feel like I rally in the afternoons to survive. So bluff, possibly?

2024-07-30 15:19:18 +0000 UTCFor me it is quality of sleep > quantity. Plus whatever I've eaten recently is a factor. Sometimes I wake up after 6 hours feel great, sometimes I get 9 hours and feel sluggish all day.
