Here's what's going on lately. I'm getting ready to make so..

Here's what's going on lately. I'm getting ready to make some big work/life changes, and the holidays are fast approaching, so it's been difficult to find time to work on my personal stuff. That being said, some progress is still being made:
The Samus animation
Last month, I shared a preview of Samus. Here's a couple more finished props that I plan to use for a (hopefully) simple animation I'm planning with her.

Jessie x Arbok
Got a couple more loops worth of sound edited and brought in-game. The knot loop was particularly challenging, it's several different effects layered up to make it more satisfying. I had to do the same for Jessie's sounds at that stage, for the same reason but also for the sake of timing, hopefully it works out. You can check out the latest sound work here:

I think I have decided to start sharing some preview builds of the interactive version on Newgrounds, but it'll need a little more bug fixing before that can happen, so this will most likely be happening closer to January.

Request Contests
I've been kind of bad at keeping up with this, and I wanted to get more of my fans in on it, so I want to revamp how this whole thing works. I also generally like to develop drawings past the sketch phase, so here's how I'd like these to work moving forward:
I will still keep a list of all subscriber requests. And like before, $5 subscribers and above will be able to submit new requests/ideas each month.
Submissions will still be entirely anonymous (unless you tell me otherwise), but the list itself will be public, and I want to try keeping a running vote to see which ones are more popular. Then when it's time for a new illustration, I'll just pick whichever's on top!
I've seen other artists do this and I think it's a good system, I'll just need to do a little research to see how they track everything. Until then, let me know what you think!

That about wraps it up for November. Thanks for your support, and I'll see you again in December!
