my game has been incredibly laggy. i've been thinking about my content a lot lately, and where i want to take it moving forward.
i'll admit my relationship with creating has been a little unhealthy for me. i know i need a break, but my workaholic nature betrays me every time. i've been working on DoRo for over a yr and half STRAIGHT, as in it's the only thing i do when i open my game. i think this has caused me to have such a strained relationship with it.
not to mention, i'm such a sensitive person that i find myself hurt by the sims community often lol. i'm too sensitive lol. imposter syndrome, allat.
enough whining. i should be back on the swing of things soon :) thank you all for being my safe space and being so patient with me always. because of you, i stay strong.

I relate to this so much! Same thing happened to me, I was working on a project and a year and a half in I was so burnt out. Delayed in updates, I felt like the quality of my art got worse, and people kept demanding for more and criticizing what I put out. Unfortunately for me it got too much and my heart wasn’t in it so I complete shut down, didn’t update my acc and deleted it a year later. So girl if you need that break TAKE IT! Don’t let anyone take away your love for this. Sometimes we need a little time to rekindle that passion. No matter how long it takes ✨ Always rooting for you and here to support you Kureha! 🩷

2025-02-27 16:38:46 +0000 UTCI'm so glad that the update went smoothly for you! Pushing all the negative energy away and hoping it stays that way lol. I had a hiccup, but better exceptions caught it and I was able to update the one broken mod, but other than that, my game seems to be fine too.

My game was hella laggy then I updated and restarted my laptop and it’s running fine. But only mods I have are WW and MCC and then I have cc of course but everything is foine
