This one's story was not so different - he claimed to have been a pirate captain once and tried to warn the passers-by of an army of sailors turned into sharks coming to devour us all.
Get the prophet, pirate captain, pirate/thug, wereshark and some ropes (ropes are handy for mooring vessels, keelhauling and occasional hanging) in the repository, the ropes are also on Thingiverse.
