Major penetrator rework, it's difficult to cover everything that's changed in a single post so I'll probably just split it up into a bunch of tiny posts.
This post focuses on the fact that penetrators now have unique triggers that can be used to play plaps, pops, and squishes.

Penis piercings are not in the game currently. This dildo with piercings does exist in the game on steam already though!
