Lots to learn from this particular trial.
Obviously, the polarities need to be reversed. At least this confirms the ray is able to target organic and inorganic material at the same time...
The biggest risk right now was discretion. If Aubrey's experiment had gone more awry, then explaining the ruined garage would be a giant-sized problem. Explaining her makeshift lab had been difficult enough.
Now, the current obstacle was her experimental device rolling out the garage door she left ajar, her glasses were knocked aside too.
And her vision wasn't the best without them! Hopefully with some deftness she'd be able to recover them both without anyone noticing.
Ugh. Her body was going to feel this in the morning, that was a certainty...
Still needs more trials...

2024-04-29 00:11:59 +0000 UTCOops, ah youth...so young, curious, carefree and unfortunately careless. Well, live and learn before mom and dad get home and try use the garage. Will she restore any of her previous victims, or just keep adding to her pet collection? Aubrey doesn't seem to be the forgiving type - I mean shrinking a babysitter because she won't let her watch a movie, kind of self-centered. How many "pets" does she have now?
