In an attempt to salvage their public image, they put together a recruitment campaign featuring one of the few surviving agents of the Second Crisis: Jenna Wright. Due to this campaign, she became incredibly popular under her given alias 'Vibe' and essentially became the mascot for AIRSHIP.
Despite her popularity, AIRSHIP was eventually dismantled following many public hearings that found evidence suggesting AIRSHIP was at fault for the loss of life during the Second Crisis.
The image above is the result of one of the many photoshoots Jenna did for this PR campaign. The lewd versions aren't canon, or are they? (They're not)
