I really like how you handled Mineta. He got into UHA for a reason, if they didn't think he could do it they wouldn't have even let him try. To be honest being a hero to impress the ladies isn't a bad goal in and of itself. So long as he doesn't let it become his whole personality, and he learns how to actually get women to want to be around him. Honestly, I wouldn't mind if he and Bowser became friends and Bowser decided to help show him how to be less of a creeper.
