Gorillas are actually known to be gentle giants, just need to avoid eye contact with silverbacks, make yourself as small as possible and not move. Seen a video of a photographer guy who had a whole family of wild gorillas passing by him in the jungles and the younglings got curious and started playing with his hair. Amazing stuff

I love these movies but don't feel they do a great job of showing the sadness of the downfall of humanity or even made their humans particularly easy to root for. It's basically been the same complaint for 15 years, in CGI animal movies, the humans always suck. Also, humans interact with the food chain in the sense that we are part of the food chain. It's not some independent thing that just comes up sometimes.

He's a way better leader than most human leaders today. Hope u guys react to the other two. Caesar only bit the finger. It was still attached, so that nasty neighbour was lucky. Notice after all he's been through, Caesar has no first instinct or intention to kill humans or hurt people, just to free his apes. He never even killed the nasty Draco. He killed himself out of stupidity. Also, the apes didn't kill any innocents. They just trashed a few offices and scared people tbf. My heart always breaks when Caesar has to reject Will by staying & you can see he's putting his fellow apes first. You can see how heartbroken Caesar was to reject his human dad after he turned his back, its clear how hard it was for him. Love that Caesar continued using his window as his symbol on street signs after escaping. I always root for the apes i love them, plus animals are true to their nature, & we betray ours. Also, Caesar can be infected again, so he also gets even smarter when inhaling the 1.13 virus too, plus Caesar is way more intelligent since he had a proper human childhood education from Will. Caesar making Rocket (the former alpha) give out cookies wasn't a punishment guys. It was actually Caesar giving him a new title and role as his lieutenant, he was being a generous kind leader as always. Good way to remember what apes are is that Monkeys have tails. Apes are very different and so much like us humans. (Apes- Chimpanzees, Gorillas & Orangutans)

I remembered seeing a planet of the apes movie as a kid and really loving it, like had the dvd and everything, but when i googled this movie the cast was different and it came out in 2011 so i was like "wait wtf" having a nostalgia crisis or thinking i had a false memory, only to realize tim burton did a stand alone remake of the original in 2001, which is the movie in my head when people talk planet of the apes... haha anyways all that to say I have not seen any of these new ones so im excited! I somehow dont even think i realized they made all these new movies??
