I doubt all of them know Jesse/Walt by name, but they would absolutely know that "heisenberg" is an older chemist and may be able to describe him by appearance. If Mike left town at the start of this season instead of Walt and Jesse begging him to join their operation Walt could very much already be in prison if just one person thought to roll.
