There are a lot of characters in this part of the story, I’m only keeping them straight because it’s a rewatch lol- but Serie is the one who erected the barrier (the elf that they flashed back and forth between showing Frieren and her master Flamme meeting a thousand years ago to now- when Frieren destroyed the barrier, Serie said something like “That’s how you greet me after 1000 years?”)- Sense is the super long haired mage shown sitting with that other guy- just chilling watching while all of the chaos was happening in this first test- she’s the one who set up the next test and they were saying that no one has ever passed one of her tests
