The anime thankfully cut most of that stuff that was in the manga (like this "what parts of nanachi he'd like to smell" diagram https://img-9gag-fun.9cache.com/photo/aKmQgOZ_700bwp.webp). Sometimes you'll wonder if there is some lore reason for a thing but the answer is "the author has a fetish for that."
