I think a better question is why are you still watching it? I'm pretty sure episode 12 is when I bailed on Death Note, somewhere around that episode. I believe in giving shows a chance but this is far enough in to make an informed decision

Its 12 episodes in and you cant be bothered to remember the name of the main side character who is essentially our protagonist since Frieren is omnipotent. And I dont blame you, purple hair and red hair are walking tropes nothing more. I feel like this is a lazy loreporn show at the end of the day: - Vast amount of references to a past we didnt get to see. (always telling us about lore not showing it) the only thing we're really shown is magic. - Are there deeper problems around the towns existing regime (maybe) but are they explored? no. We simply rid them of their plague and move on. Frieren is the police essentially, no other motivation. I guess the longer you live, the less things you care about (which isn't how practical immortality would play out in my opinion) and the show is all about DnD "practicality". I guess the longer you live, the more you want to just be police. - Its a chore to watch since it rips-off another bad anime To Your Eternity which is crazy, jokes are one-note situational comedy...
