Update 9/19/22: At last, 0.6!

Ugh, man... I am so sorry for the silence!

What meant to be a quick one-week thing (traveling cross-country for family reasons) became an utter, exhausting, soul-draining little experience.
It took like a week and half to recover from that, and then other life things happened. That, and my ambitions beyond just bug-fixing what I'd put out turned the intended "put out untested 0.59, fix it to 0.6 a week or so later" into a, well, month-long difference.

But.... *drumrolls*....

Here's ver 0.6! This is a public build, which I'll be linking to Weightgaming as well.

Since the 0.59 build, I've went and done dozens of little microadjustments and major adjustments!  Chief among the major additions are:

*New Support system! Every character has a conversation (of planned several, once I figure out the logic of storage) with every other party member, except for mutually exclusives. In addition, after a conversation, you can SUPPORT BUFF those characters to raise their stats, using a per-character currency, Support Points. These are generated after winning 25 battles with that character in the party. Support Points can also be spent on a character individually to raise a stat, which will also raise that character's Affection. Affection won't matter yet, but it'll be my means of controlling a Romantic Ending.

*Passive stat skills! Kit out characters using passive stat up skill mods, dispensed by curiously-humanshaped vending machines. These were a pain to implement, but they'll allow more customization. Phoebe's basic attacks not doing it for you? Kit her out with the full attack up set and watch her flatten enemies!

*Generics/mercenaries! Their sprites don't animate, but now you can recruit a Teacher, an Expa Staffer, and, depending on your faction, either a Cultist or GAIN Agent! These characters have limited interaction with the major systems, but can eat enemies for direct calorie gain on top of an expedited gain rate, have unique skills, are nameable, are *infinitely respawnable*, and in case it wasn't obvious, can also fatten up with the cast.

*New art assets! A few characters (Priya, Bella, and Ming(?)) have a new size, bringing everyone to general parity. New bust art when you first meet major characters!

*Faster level ups! Passive digestion rate has been increased!

Rebalanced numbers! I tweaked some stuff a little bit more, including mercy point costs (halved) and acquisition (simplified and improved, so now enemy size directly correlates to mercy point gained.) Skills were made to cost more FP overall, and eat now requires the full 100 to use, though now it can no longer fail. WEAK enemies now receive a sizeable defense increase to reduce the chance of accidentally killing them, and WEAK now proccs earlier (@30% now, from 25% before.)

Haha, thanks so much! Life constantly getting in the way of art, basically, although on the flipside, I got a job in the process. But really, it was something like perfectionism getting in the way --- I didn't want to just clean up the proto 0.6, but really add conceptual meat, if not content meat.

Oh, hey friend! I got so worried when you didn't update for a while. Not that you owe us news, just like... really thought your situation went belly-up. And not in a good way!
