Doubtful. Even with the worst assumptions about general human behavior, it would be considered insensitive at maximum - if the human in question would use their avatar to pretend to be an AI (or be misleadingly opaque about it). These avatars are not much different than wearing the costume. It could be considered offensive to cows, but I doubt that there's at least one cow in the world to care about it.
