2020-12-28 14:32:02 +0000 UTCI find that it's a good neutral color so I can easily see if there are any parts I've forgotten to color in, which is easy to do on a white background!

2020-12-28 13:58:26 +0000 UTCI miss watching the stream. I met my fiance' in there. :)

2020-12-28 10:45:51 +0000 UTCThanks again, Jeph! Another cool video.

2020-12-28 10:42:18 +0000 UTCI just had a burst of nostalgia from watching live-streamed comic drawing many years ago, and the weirdest part was the super sped up Daft Punk

2020-12-28 08:12:53 +0000 UTCI would love to know how long it took in real time!?

2020-12-28 07:12:45 +0000 UTCThis all gives me so much more respect for the power of Jeph’s use of composition to tell stories.

2020-12-28 05:50:11 +0000 UTCThis is going to sound weird, but I think I slightly prefer dialogue with no characters, the before instead of the after. It's clear from the previous comic who's speaking, and this dialogue works with an empty shop. Maybe the bottom two lines in panel four could use small heads beside the word bubbles. Maybe I'm just being weird.

2020-12-28 05:30:09 +0000 UTCSE here too. I support a bunch of aerospace engineers. It's not all that different.
2020-12-28 05:29:36 +0000 UTCThanks Jeph, that's cool to watch.
2020-12-28 05:28:51 +0000 UTCI am amazed at the character scaling without a background. I'm not an artist - to me, background should be first, so I know where everyone lives in it.

2020-12-28 04:50:11 +0000 UTCI have a question, Why pink when you are flatting out the colors?
2020-12-28 04:49:41 +0000 UTCMy day job is System Engineering. People doing their thing in their environment is cool. This was job porn. EDIT: Consider an over the shoulder video.
2020-12-28 04:44:38 +0000 UTCThese time lapses are wonderful

2020-12-28 03:56:23 +0000 UTCThis is awesome. Thanks, Jeph!

2020-12-28 03:51:03 +0000 UTCThis might be a silly question - why the pink background when colouring the people?

2020-12-28 03:45:31 +0000 UTCMerry Xmas, btw. I thought you were going to take it easy .. but then again, I'm spending my xmas vacation doing a kitchen remodeling, so .. who am I to judge.. :-) Love the time lapse.

2020-12-28 03:11:21 +0000 UTCAs others have said, watching how the sausages are made is very cool. Thanks! (hurr hurr hurr "sausages")

2020-12-28 03:02:10 +0000 UTCThanks, Always interesting to see the creative process. You should use some of your instrumental metal as the soundtrack.

2020-12-28 02:42:04 +0000 UTCEven peeking behind the curtain like this, it's all still magic to me.

2020-12-28 02:34:24 +0000 UTCI think we need a time lapse of May reading prolapse monthly.
