From what we've seen, human-like genitalia isn't a standard feature in an AI chassis. Bubbles of course has a state of the art chassis, but it was designed for military use, so they probably didn't go too far out of their way with the recreational features. That being said, there was a bonus comic where we saw Roko's emblem, and apparently sufficiently expensive models can have a very human-like butt. Personally, I think Faye's attraction to Bubbles isn't solely dictated by the degree to which she resembles an attractive human woman though. She probably likes Bubble's more robot-y bits of anatomy too.
