Where is Bubbles when she is (badly) needed?

Tatty scares me just a little. I had a friend like that, showed them the basic amount of decency and good manners that normal people do and they ended up being very "devoted" in an almost stalkerish way. I had to be very very rude to them and was quite worried about how they would react. They did find someone else to "love" and ended up being quite happy happy in a very very creepy way. To an outside person it was shudder inducing.
